Im reading all the fighters on the card for this saturday, all of there Q&A on ufc.com. billy miles and george seem to have some animosity towards each other, also warmachine and high pitch. I agree with Beo, except for the dry humping decision, I think Manny might get a submission.

Also I don't know about counting Clemente out against Guillard.

I had a hard time with these picks. Especially Wandy vs Chuck. Chuck style is deffinately a problem for Silva, but I went with age and what I want to happen.
 
I have been doing some reading from mma "experts" sites, most are picking Chuck. That would be an enormous loss for Silva

Good call, but I'm actually cracked out on stims right now. Took 4 RPM, 60mg geranamine, and 3g l-tyro before tonights workout. I'll have to settle myself down with a pint or two of Jim Beam, the nectar of the gods. Desouza is going to wear Roan down, triangle his back in the 3rd and pound him out with looping strikes to the side of Roan's head:run:

BE careful with the naringin from RPM and alcohol. I found that out the hard way...:sick:

Yeah, but just remember that that the metabolization is delayed and has a cumulative effect. So 4 drinks may hit you like 6-7. I am going to drink a pint of water after every 4-5 drinks just as a precaution.

What an awesome night of fights. One of the UFC's best cards, if only for the last two fights.

Souk/Machida:

This transitional period is definitely the trend. I think that expectations of the 'African Assasin' were fairly similar to those put on Houston Alexander (ala Rogue). Both were very large, explosive, and powerful strikers, who were able to ride explosive striking for two victories, but not for a third.

Silva/Liddell:

This fight was amazing, IMO. All that I expected. Silva took many of Chuck's looping power shots and countered nicely. I didn't think that Chuck won 30-27 as one judge scored it, as I thought Silva effectively cut off the angles in the second well, and was countering nicely.

GSP/Hughes:

Wow. I honestly did not think GSP would dominate Hughes so severely. Not much to say there. Hughes, I thought, showed a lot of class though.

I think the only question which remains, is how will jas and CNorris cope with no longer being Matt Hughes fan boys? Here's to you two:

 
Its fitting that the national symbol of Canada is a leaf.

I think pride fanboys will commit a mass suicide tonight since I think its settled, the skill of Pride fighters was over rated.

GSP is clearly head and shoulders above anyone at 170, but he is still a giant fvcking douche.
 
Souk/Machida:

I like Machida’s fighting style. I think that he’s going to be around a while and should get a title shot

Silva/Liddell:

I expected more from Silva. I thought that he laying back waiting for an opening that never came and ended up taking to many shots. I still think he’s a great fighter, just not his night

GSP/Hughes:

GSP simply kicked Hughes but tonight.
