Typical Results on HAVOC???!!!

How much weight did you put on diring havoc?

I have superdrol,havoc,and11oxo ,i was wondering if it would be wise/good to stack them together.
I have stacked superdrol and 11oxo and saw good gains and very min sides

Makes me wonder all these guys that claim the gained 10-15 lbs what exactly they gained? If I am one of the most musclular in my gym & only gained 2 lbs how can everone else gain so much? I have definitely gone thru re-comp but I would think most people in their 1st cycle would be going thru the same thing!!!

This is similar to my results w/ a 5 week pulse of epi ramped to 30mg eod on weeks 4 & 5, but my goal was not to gain weight only to recomp. I was noticeably bigger and more defined. Probably gained about 5-7 lbs of muscle and lost close to 10lbs of fat. Kept my gains... but that is the hardest part, you have to work just as hard after the cycle but without the great feeling of being 'on'. I did notice a little joint ache toward the end. I don't understand ppl sayin they couldn't do much in the bedroom on epi, it was like viagra x2 for me with serious loads. Sorry for the too much info!!

Btw about the kid who is 16, try eating and lifting hard and you will gain. You might have gained just as much from puberty... or creatine... anything. not anabolics. You actually just partially shut down your body's best time for test production, which doesn't make much sense.
 
Ending my 4 week of e-max (same as havoc) and strength gain was nice. I think I started with 90lb 6 reps tri pressdowns and ended today with 115lb 6 reps. Dumbell bent rows started with 80lb for 6 reps and last back workout got 90lb for 6 reps.

Anything over 10 lbs seems exaggerated since many experts have said gaining an average of 2 lbs per week while ON is about maximum! I envy you guys...and don't know how you accomplished these massive gains.

these guys gain so much because alot of them are first cycles/new lifters. when i first started lifting i gained 20 pounds in 6 weeks naturally. i cant imagine what i would have gained "on" somthing. problem with this is that these guys have no real base built. there muscle is not mature and has a puffy watery look. most have little to no vascularity/definition. not only that they tend to shrivel up 2-3 months after a ph cycle and end up smaller than before.

16-21 year olds please lift natty and max your natty genetic limit before using aas. you have your whole life to use aas dont open this door so young. once you use drugs your body will never be the same reguardless of what others tell you. 5-6 cycles of aas can ruin your natural test production forever! do you want to do test injections (HRT) for the rest of your life? this is a very real possibilty.......

so these people who are saying they gained over 10lbs..is this muscle or just weight..cause anyone can gain weight. just hand me some cheesecake. haha.

i have read you can gain 0.5lbs a week if u go natural..any math on if u use a steroid?
 
Im hoping to get the 10lb average weight gain ! I started my cycle today and im exited to see where it goes
 
3rd week into pct off my havoc cycle. BEST workouts of my life. There was no fatigue and my mind-body connection was great! I gained a solid 8lbs of muscle and leaned out in the process. Arms +1in:) Still gaining through pct using iforce reversitol(have nolva on hand). Sex drive never dropped, if anything its increased.
 
I voted 10-15 as thats what I got with Epi.... although I gained ANOTHER 5lbs through that PCT as well making it a total cycle gain of 18.5lbs...

SO its 10-15 easily maintainable if not improvable gains.

Agreed....HAvoc seems to be unique in property of strength gains increasing well into PCT. No reason you can't keep gaining.

Rockyo25 I think it would be helpful to all of us out there if you started a thread exactly the same as this but changed the Havoc to Epistane. I think a side by side comparison of Rocky025 threads on this topic would be nice since there has been much discussion over the last few years about if the two compounds are exactly the same (as they claim to be).

I just took my first 20 mg of Havoc today. I've never done a PH before, what should I expect to feel like? When should I feel some results?

Everybody is different...20mg first dose is pretty potent for never having taken anything.

First thing you should notice with Havoc is a sense of focus and well-being. Second you should notice an enhanced pump (day 3-5), and the strength and muscle gain effects should be apparent by days 10-14, and continue well into PCT.

What kind of PCT do you have lined up?
 
I don't have one lined up yet. Do you have a recommendation, bc I would love some advice on that. Do you recommend I drop down to 10 mg a day for the remainder of my first week?

You have some pretty decent size, if you are a lean 180...but I would have done 10mg for at least 3 days before jumping up to 20 as a first timer. This is to acclimate your body and assess tolerance.
 
nah...just watch for back pumps and increase your water intake immediately.

last question, i have several bsn products. no explode, cellmass creatine, and truemass protein. which of those can i take simultaneously with havoc?

No, I don't have any idea. That's what I got on here to try to get some info. I'm thinking about bailing on my cycle after one day's use. I just don't feel comfortable with it right now. I don't have a PCT lined up yet, and I had a mild headache and problems sleeping last night. So screw it.

You won't feel any effects on the first day bam so I think the headache and sleeping issues are down to anxiety. I'd carry on with the cycle but order your PCT straight-away and most importantly; relax man. You'll be fine.
