Tyler4's First Log **P-Plex+Epi+DC=Mass!**

I don't plan on running too many more cycles myself.

So, I think I may add some PRIME and Smash Fully loaded to my PCT. IC, you likey SFL??

I also think I may add some more fat to my diet. I'm thinking some Natty PB and some almonds :)

Natty PB and Almonds are awesome to raise the fats...DO IT!

As for the Epi, if I do get more it'll just be 1 more bottle maybe. Haven't run a cycle...but I've got some stuff *in case* I plan on going that route.

Well, I think I have about every hobby that involves me spending too much money, lol.

My weekend hobby. 03 350Z 600WHP Dyno Dynamics. Way too many mods to list but fully built, balanced, and bluprinted motor w/ Greddy twin turbo and methanol injection.

Basketball/sports has always been my main thing, but I also like guns (Sig 229 and Springfield XD45), electronics (I'm semi nerdy), snowboarding, motorcycles, etc.

Also trained MMA for a while unitl my back injury. Now I just don't have the time that I would want to devote to it so I havent gotten back into it. But I've been an MMA fan since long before all the recent fanboy BS.

It's like a raging clue...Ohhhhhmmm, I'm getting such a major clue right now...

hahaha I think that was my favorite episode

Nice car bro!

Those DC workouts will get easier..just remember you are in the beginning stages and it will start moving a lot more naturally for you. Those weights should be flying up since you are on epi/pp...gonna be a hella cycle!!

Thanks Met. Yea, some of the exercises I am doing are my first time at them, so this is why the weight is low at the moment. But I expect things to shoot up starting next week maybe.

Weights look good man..give yourself some credit!

Ha, thanks. I guess it's just a humbling workout anytime I do legs. I am determined to change that though.

Nice car man. I am a car guy myself, but have been spending my excess money on sups instead of car mods. I drive a chrysler 300c SRT8 with 425 stock. I added an intake and tuned it with a diablo predator tuner. That pretty much maxes it out unless I want to go forced induction or Nitrous. Since that is my daily driver (I have 3 kids so a 2 door was not an option) I am keeping it relatively stock. It is nice to be one of the faster cars on the street though.

Souds like a nice car man! Yea, power is addictive and once you were to go FI, it's all downhill from there.

If my car was my daily driver, then I would have never gone above 500whp. Too many issues.

Day 9

Weight: 177 (+2)

Epi Dosage: 20mg 8:00 AM, 20mg 3:00PM

Sides/Thoughts

-Bumped up the dosage to 40 for this week. I start P-Plex on Monday so I may either keep the Epi at 40mg or bump to 50.
-No sides yet.
-Muscle hardness still feels nice
-Monday I will be able to start evaluating strength better. It will be the start of my second round with DC. so I will have some weights to base off of.
-Looking forward to P-Plex and getting my appetite back

Guys, I have a special request for those of you that pray (IC and whoever else). My best friend's gf has what is beleived to be cancer that has spread from her lymphnodes to her bones. She is currently at Vanderbilt hospital.

I know there's not a lot of people following but for those that are, it would be greatly appreciated if you said a special prayer for her.

Her name is Courtney and she is 22.

Thanks guys. As you can imagine, this is pretty rough on her and her family.

On a brighter note, I am super stoked aboutt he workout today :) I think I like the A w/o better.

I dig C, although everyone tells me I'm not doing DC anyways, you know since I switched the order of an exercise and rest-pause my Forearm sets, so F it.

I think were doing the same thing, but our letters and numbers are flip flopped. You call your exercises by letters and I call them by numbers. Ahh well, it's confusing sometimes.

I feel drained after these DC w/o's like I havent felt in a long time. I guess it's good but when I finish, I just feel like crap.

It usually takes a month for your body to get used to dc. I would have got to baseline before starting a cycle but thats just me.

For DC, it is supposed to be A1-3 and B1-3 but I feel it is easier to understand doing A1,2; B1,2; C1,2...I also laid out IC's routine for him so that is why he does it that way.

I agree with H. There is def an adjustment period for DC..one you get into it tho, just let the good times roll!

Ahh, OK. Bout to whip up my BC+EAA and ALCAR and hit the weights. Looking forward to trying the chest exercise that Dante said he does. (I think thats where i saw it). Wide grip/slight incline barbell press :)

I'm listening to The Cars Greatest Hits album right now because of that.

Day 10

Epi Dosage: 20mg AM, 20mg PM.

Weight:177 (+2)

DC Workout A3

Slight Incline Wide Grip Smith Bench (Not sure how I like this exercise but I'll keep on it for a while.

Chest Stretch with 40's for 60 sec.

Front Raises. Final RP was 50 5/5/2 (need to lower the weight or stay there next time for more reps.)

Delt Stretch

CG Bench: I forgot what my final set was but it's in my log book. I hate cg bp for some reason. I may switch to a different exercise from now on.

Tri Stretch

Straight Arm Pushdowns:

Deads: Final set was 245 x 8. I undershot the weight here. The last set for deads is supposed to be 3-4 reps and I thought thats all I could get 245 for since I havent done deads in a good while. Well, 245 felt LIGHT. I was actually surprised in this so I'll need to up the weight a lot next time.

Thoughts on W/O: It's weird. I never considered myself a person that needed stims but it seems like since I dropped the RPM, my focus hasnt been there. I may throw something in the mix to help out. But unitl deads, the w/o just blah. Has nothing to do with DC, I like it for sure.

Maybe it was some crappy music I had going on my ipod today

Sides/Thoughts:

-Still no sides.
-Appetite is slowly getting bigger so this is a plus.
-This coming Monday I will be able to evaluate strength on a w/o basis, plus I will be starting PP.
-Feeling good overall. Lots going on right now but my mood is nothing out of the ordinary.
-One difference I see with Epi vs The One is TO seems to have more of an aggression attribute to it when taken. I felt like w/o's on it were def not lacking intensity.

-About 1 week into PP, I plan on testing my test and E with one of those home kits. I know they only test for free T/E, but it's just something that I'm interested in and couldnt hurt anything.

Met/IC, give me the lowdown on dat der Smash Fully Loaded. Is it effective for increasing intensity?

Do sharks like salt?

I'm just kidding, I have no idea, I've never taken it. However, from what I've read in Russian's log, he seemed to think so.

P.S. I'm going to feel especially stupid if I referenced the wrong log and Russian wasn't running SFL at all, but I believe he was and I recall his final write up mentioning intensity.

Ha! Yea, I just figured I'd give Met a chance to sell me something I'm gonna buy sooner or later anyway :) I'm still on the fence about needing to use a stim on cycle though. That just doesnt sit well with me but we'll see how the next few workouts go.

I've had so-so workouts with it in the past, but it today was incredible. I seem to notice a big difference from 1 scoop to 1.5 scoops. I may even up it to 2 scoops in a bit. I really like the stuff, and in conjunction with Hemo, it's pretty awesome too, although either alone do very well, at least I know Hemo does. Russian said it has cummulative effects that I'm still hoping to be able to witness (I feel dosing only 3x/wk may limit what I notice). Today was only my 5th dose of it.

So far I'll give it an 8/10 I'd say. Hemo being a 9.5/10. - I would say SFL is probably my favorite pre-workout powder product I've used.

I have seen alot of custom Z's, but this is very tastefully done. :)

I think it's a piece of trash.

Kidding. It looks pretty sick. I don't know anything about cars. For all I know, Busterzz has teh faztest civ on stretzz.

Ha! Thanks guys. All the work was done at Forged Performance in Marrietta, GA. They are, in my opinion, the best VQ/Nissan/Evo shop in the country. The attention to detail with their installs is excellent. But, it doesnt come w/o a price.

I love the VQ engine. I had a 2002 Nissan Maxima with almost every bolt on and 19" ADR rims. It was a great car until I totalled it. :-( I do like the beast that I am driving now a little more, but I would love a forced induction 2 seater as a play car!

Day 11

Weight: 177 (+2)
Epi Dosage: 20mg AM 20mg PM

Sides/Thoughts
-Still feel good with no sides except maybe a bit of lethargy.
-Took my BP about 2 minutes ago. 132/72 and I finished a E-911 about an hour ago. Top number a tad bit high, but no big deal at all.
-Some major DOMS in my back but none in my tri's. No more CG BP for me, I want to switch my tri exercise for A3 but I havent decided what to do yet.

Other than that, nothing much to report. I feel sorry for Vitor Belfort though :)

Cg bp are some of the best tri builders, If you can feel it you are doing it wrong. Either your weight is to higher or you don't have the right amount of space between your arms. Try messing around with the grip and weights. trust me that is a crucial tri exercise imo.

Good advice man. Maybe I'll try messing with my grip some.

I have a 2001 Honda Prelude Type S. Which means compared to all your guys' cars I'm lame, but I like the body of the third gen Prelude. Very classy, not too kiddy. Side skirts on a Prelude is all the body mod you'd need to make it look clean.

I just recently had to replace my bootleg cold air intake to something legit, so I could pass smog. All I have is exhaust & intake. I wanted Headers for the longest, but I never got around to it.

I was at the gym the other day and a BMW with a screeching turbo booster drove by and it sounded like it had modified headers as well, the engine sounded more Japanese then German. It sounded like a Z actually. Either way, when I see classic, luxury cars juiced up, I think its extra sick.

P.S. Your car is awesome.

Thanks Volcom.

Well. I just got word on Courtney. (my best friends gf). She has stage 4 Squamos Cell Carcinoma in her lungs. Obviously, this is very very bad. She is really close to all of us (my group of friends) and has been for a while. IC- she was at my condo in Destin with us not too long ago. I cant imagine what she and her family are going through right now and I am realy just at a loss of words. She is returning from Vandy tomorrow and starting some really agressive treatment early next week.

Please pray for her and her family.

That's horrible man. Cancer is a serious pain in the as*. It ruins way too many lives. I'll definitely be praying for her.

Sorry to hear the bad new bro :(

All the guys said it best. SFL is good stuff! You will def get intense workouts in with it. It really gets you dialed in!

Also, you need to be doing your chest stretches for 90 seconds. Lower the weight if you have too but Id bet you can hold those dbs for an extra 30 seconds.

And as far as the CG bench...def stick with it bro. Its a huge tri builder. Listen to Hman and play around with grip. You wont regret it. You also dont wanna be changing around with changing up exercises now.
