Bros... my PC took a beating today lol this better pay off. What sucks is, I forgot my gym clothes at the house, so when I pulled up to the gym i looked at my bag and realized I didn’t have the clothes with me. So, I started late, rushed some what and that all made me think, “this isn’t a good what to start my training cycle” lol

Oh well. Everything worked out!

Tyga, I say this because I care about your gains - you gotta step your chest-supported tbar row up dawg!

When I was training with Chad, he would get up to 6 plates on it for heavy sets of 5-6. As in 270x6. That’s when I realized I needed to try harder. Once I started pushing that lift harder, I got meaningfully stronger in the upper back and started raising my bb & Db rows, and things started getting easier to hold like on deadlift and carries.

It’s a fairly safe movement to push hard, and had a lot of payout for me for being a machine movement. Just my experience!

I didn’t mention, my accessories are an @8 REPEAT (squat tempos, tbar and sldl). Which today my whole posterior is STUPID sore. Thanks to that plus set of sumos and all the direct pc work

All this volume better slap some muscle on this frame! Eating in a slight surplus as well.. obviously.

Best advice is really just row like you intend to be doing 3 plates for 6s this time next year. And do some heavy 8s and 6s occasionally for a top set. Much easier to push 8s than 10s I’ve found on it.
 
Such a crappy way to start my day. Someone hit my dog . I wrapped a towel around him and broke every law regarding the roadway to get him to the vet and I wish that was enough but it wasn’t, he died. This sucks.

Anyhow, I changed my breakfast today. Ate dat der no hormone, gmo, nitrate free chicken sausage with a slice of that bread and a tablespoon of honey

Took a glycophase before the meal as well

Not planning anything, I just grab a weight and move it until failure -or near failure. Maybe I go less often to the gym. 3 days a week, 4 max.

You will adjust to reps on squat fast. Takes me way longer to get used to heavy weight on squat than transitioning back to reps.

3 scrambled eggs
Hash browns
Apple cinnamon muffin

4oz steak w/rice & teriyaki sauce

Protein shake w/ pineapple slices

Philly cheese steak + pineapple juice

Sunflower seeds

I’m still weighing 150lb ?. Idk why it’s harder to get those five pounds back .

I found that type of "food" on the floor, yesterday. It was one of my cats, vomiting.

It only looked like food. The good thing having cats is, you can snack on their kibble, 33% protein!
