Yeah, I actually just read your postings on your TBOL cycle. This is my first PH as well. Wow I hope I don't hit any back cramps like you experienced in week 5!!! As you noticed from my diet I am going with a more high protein/high carb diet. Prolly between 2,000 and 3,000 calories daily.

I know right away if I don't drink enough water though, because I start to get a headache.

Way to stick with the stack and not drop it, good luck on your PCT. I will keep you updated on my progress as well. I can't wait to see the before and after pics (without being gay). haha, I have just put alot of effort into this cycle and looking forward to the progress!
 
Hey good luck to you as well...those back cramps are something to look out for, hopefully you won't have that issue with the higher carb intake.

I did this for more of a cut than anything...I left my camera at the gym so I don't have any before pics (SUCK), but I have pics I took late last month and I'll take final pics.

The extra mass I've gain and recovery time is freaking awesome!

Looking forward to seeing your pics as well..how much longer do you have?
 
DAY 17

Weighed 174.6 this morning. Yesterday's chest workout was awesome. I felt really strong on the bench. Benched 225 7x's pretty easily. It's prolly because I asked for a spotter. I rarely go up and ask someone to spot me so I just usually go with a weight I know I can handle. But I wanted to start pushing my limits on the bench more. I am going up again on my bench next week for sure!

No other side affects to report, the extreme tightness/pump was not as intense yesterday which was nice. I made it a point to drink more water throughout the day and added another carb snack right before the workout. Not sure if that did anything.

Diet today

Breakfast - multi-grain bar, yogurt
Snack #1 - orange, multi-grain bar, beef jerky
Lunch - salami on wheet, orange, cottage cheese, pretzels
Snack #2 - turkey jerky
Dinner - TBD
Snack #3 - can of tuna, 2 egg whites
Bed - protein shake

Workout today

Shoulders/traps/cardio
 
Day 14

Still holding strong at 175lbs, the pump at the gym has been so intense recently that my arms and legs have felt like rocks. The muscles are so tight it is actually affecting my workouts. Is their anything I could do to prevent them from getting so tight? Other then that, no sides. Still eating healthy, muscles looking fuller. Feeling stronger in the gym as well! The tight, hard as a rock muscles is alittle painful though. Please help.

I'm actually noticing that as well, pumps come on strong and hard now, to the point where its just short of cramping. I started mine a couple days earlier than you but am at more or less the same point cycle wise.

I've also gained somewhere between 4-8 pounds, its a little hard to say exactly as my weight fluctuates quite a bit day.

Excellent bro, sounds like everything is smooth sailing...awesome to hear about the strength gains...I hit some big numbers in week 3...but week 4 & 5 found myself very tired and couldn't get enough sleep.

Yeah the tightness seems to be the worst for me in my triceps and forearms. What are you going to use for your PCT?
 
I have HCGenerate and Forma-stanzol so I was going to use them along with maybe the TRS. How about you?

I have Erase caps, DAA and I'm waiting on my order of Sustain Alpha from PP, but it hasn't come in yet.

How about your training in regard to lifting?

That's a big gap in calories.
 
I agree on this as well, have you attempted to calculate caloric needs?
That's a good point guys. I have done the calories needed calculations and to gain the lbs slowly without adding extra fat, I need about 2,700 calories a day. I put 2000-3000 a day because on the weekends I have more time to eat more!

I have a goal of 180 lbs for this cycle from 167 at the start. Almost their!

Thanks guys, been working really hard...

weighed 176.6 this morning! Today is an off day. Yesterday I did a full body workout, working mostly legs though. No sides to report. Muscles in my ams are still really tight but are not effecting my workouts as much anymore. Once I increased my water intake, the extreme pumps seemed to subside.

I have been working my abs at least 4 times a week for about 10-15 min. because they are not getting as cut as I would like. I have also adjusted my carb intake. Cardio will be increased as well.

No sides to report. Muscles are always rock hard. Vascularity has not increased as much as I had hoped after reading other logs with this stuff. Oh well, must be genetics! However, I am extremely satisfied with the 9 lbs of mass on only 28 days of this cycle! All my life I have been a hard gainer, never gaining more then a couple pounds a year.

Today my workout will be Shoulders/Bi's/Abs

This cycle sounds like it is going perfect man, good job! Sorry to hear you are not getting the vascularity you were looking for, but in due time buddy!
 
Day 33

Sorry I have been MIA, the Thanksgiving Holiday really threw a wrench into my schedule! I still got my workouts in for the most part though. My weight was at 181 lbs this morning! Sat. I did Chest and Back workout. My bench went up again! I hit 245 for 5 reps, my brother-in law was with me so I had a spotter.

Today I did legs and abs. Squats went up also! Overall I feel good, my muscles always tight and full. Recovery has been great also. Will outline my diet in alittle bit.

So run, HCG, forma-stanzol, and sustain all together for the PCT?
 
Day 34

Weight was 179.6 this morning. Feeling less bloat. My diet is back to the normal schedule after a two-three day break during the holidays. No real significant sides to report. Sometimes I have noticed that my muscles are so ridiculously tight and full, that circulation gets cut off sleeping in certain positions. Libido has not taken any hits. Bloating has subsided as well

Lunch - turkey sandwhich, brocceli, chips
snack #2 - protein bar

I will send out my final review next week on the Turinabol Lv. My cycle officially ends on December 8th. Hopefully I have enough in the bottle to last that long. I will also post the "after" pictures. You guys should see a real nice difference from the "before" pics!

Didnt really want this log to just be a bunch of diet and workout entries but as I look back that is what it became. Oh well, live and learn, this was my first log. I liked it though and I think it kept me motivated and on a schedule. This was a great cycle for me, obviously with a gain of 12lbs of mass, i can't complain!! Increases in strength and appetite occurred throughout the cycle as well. I can't wait to complete the cycle with my PCT and then on to the "dark side" with my new found contact!
