My garage gym is coming together. The garage is the only area I have to myself. I mean I could take over something in the house but not worth the trouble.
Right now I have the rack with lat pulley & dip attachment, 2 benches one has a preacher curl & leg curl/extension attachment too. Just got the 75lb Iron Master Db set, an MD resistance band set, Slastix battle ropes, a large truck street tire with rope attached for dragging and pulling. Have an ab machine, elliptical, health rider, heavy bag, speed and agility ladder with resistance bands, and about a 150-200lb rock.
I need to build a set of parallel bars and monkey bars in the back not only for me but so my daughter can work on her strength stuff for gymnastics. Also need to get some rubber flooring and build a prowler type pushing sled. Once I have a prowler like sled that I can do more pushing and pulling GPP I will use that for a bulk of my leg work volume.
