Your muscles will hurt. One heckuva pump though because you are hitting it from different angles with no rest.

The 300 x 5 is a rep PR too! Last time I did 300 I think it was only 2 reps and they weren't pretty. These were solid reps!! Was really able to activate the lays and keep my shoulders back where they should be.

Heavy back day! Nice!
Today is Back / Chest / Delts day for me. Currently doing a 4 day a week split repeating 2 workouts 2x weekly. Mon - Chest/Back/Delts Heavy Tue-Legs/Arms/Abs Heavy. Thur- Chest/Back/Delts higher reps/lighter weight Fri- Legs/Arms/Abs - Higher reps lighter weight. Been doing this routine for the past 2 months and am really liking it and seeing results .... hitting ea muscle group at least 2x weekly seems to be the key for me ;)
 
Couldn't workout Monday this week so the whole schedule is shifted one day forward this week .... Very bad day on Monday

I think I need a lift off after 265. 275 went smooth but my bench rocked backwards on lift off. I had to raise myself higher on the bench to get my shoulders in position to lift off. That's a little un-nerving.

Not sure any more. I seldom do flat work. Seems to irritate my shoulders a lot more than incline. I'm guessing I could still hit 315-320 on flat.
Shooting to get back to 315 on inclines which is where I was about 10 years ago.

Beastly strong inclines. I'd off to help with the liftoff but that would mean you moving to Ohio! Lol

You sure aren't far from 315 incline. I'd need a lift of too, and hopefully someone at the top doing bb rows. lol

Your call. I used them solo an saw quite a bit of strength progress and increased hunger/drive. Never had to PCT tho...
 
If your getting ready to come off cycle then definitely use them during PCT.
 
As mentioned this morning I was going to do some more arms this evening. Just finished and my arms are swollen. Almost 18.5...lol

I've done it both ways. As a stand alone for a couple months it is about the best natty muscle/strength builder out there. It also is a perfect addition to a well planned PCT ;)
 
Two a day arms workouts should stimulate some growth. You may not be able to shampoo your head but at least your arms will grow! Lol
