Turff49 Quest for Success

Whoops! Edited the pic in...

That's what I'm talkin bout.

The only problem after eating this is....I Want More!!!!

Strong, strong inclines! I'm hungry just looking at that pic. Nice job as usual.

The warmer weather seems to be helping my elbow. Had a great arm workout! Seems like it's been weeks since I've been able to get a "good" arm workout in without feeling any pain.

Shoulder day!!

Arms still tight from yesterday so didn't shoot for any PRs. Now my arms and shoulders are tight. Had to have the wife help get my shirt off...lol

Jealous of your home gym. I'd love to randomly be able to hit some squats!
Having a rack, bench, weights, and DB's is well worth it. I use to have the rack in the living room before I got married and bought this house lol!
All bout those priorities....!!!!

Lol!!! Mine didn't mind...or I didn't pay attention to her minding...

Nothing beats a home gym setup ..... always access ..... no waiting for the curlers in the squat rack to get a clue ;)

Didn't make it to the gym this morning so got my workout in this evening.
Friday is BACK day!

Started with some chin-ups and it's been forever and a day since I did these. Was surprised at what I did actually.

Deadlifts
135 x 12 x 2
205 x 10
225 x 8
285 x 5
And I stopped here. I think my fused lower back just prevents me from going heavy on these. Not sure what it is. I guess it is a limitation issue I just have to live with.

I was toast. My lats are fried and I was sweating my butt off and its in the 50's. 12hrs from now it will be time to do legs!

Those chins primed the PRs! Nice...

I know it's different areas of the back, but I wouldn't have much left for deads after all that rowing. Speaking of, I'm stealing this routine for tomorrow. Minus chins, probably. Lol

Lol, not stealing bro, I just threw together what exercises I could do here at the house so have at it! Actually, I think you may be right on the chins, the rows felt better than usual...

Yeah, I'm feeling it today too. Arms, back, delts, lats, and quads have been screaming at me all day today.
Protein pancakes and turkey sausage are the reward tonight...

Some impressive work going on in here! Congrats on all the PRs!

Thanks Chris.

And here I am again putting in crazy hours in Florida. Drive back in the morning. Haven't had a "good" workout since Saturday. Spending all my time in meetings, on the computer, or driving between locations. Had people looking at me funny in the rest areas while I was doing push-ups and body squats lol!!
They were probably thinking "and that old man is allowed to drive". All the young kids on spring break were the ones staring hahaha.
