Thanks Chris. And here I am again putting in crazy hours in Florida. Drive back in the morning. Haven't had a "good" workout since Saturday. Spending all my time in meetings, on the computer, or driving between locations. Had people looking at me funny in the rest areas while I was doing push-ups and body squats lol!! They were probably thinking "and that old man is allowed to drive". All the young kids on spring break were the ones staring hahaha.
