I like that idea too. Worked well for me.

If you remember I did this back several months ago on my last cycle. Had to bump up to 3700 just to keep from losing weight...

Had to break out the jacket and put some sweats on this morning. 23 degrees when I left for the gym.

Yeah, I think I'm hitting my max on some of these lifts until I add more size. My body weight is increasing some so that helps with the strength gains. I also think going moderate weight with higher reps every other week has helped tremendously. I still have a ways to go on my benching to get to where I was prior to all my back issues. I'll just keep plugging away at it though and see where my journey takes me!

We were pounded with rain throughout the game and most of the 3 hour ride home. Another round is supposed to hit tomorrow too.

Good news is I'm hunting Monday through Thursday, and the deer aren't out and about feeding during heavy rains.

There was a chick in the gym this morning that was strong as fuark. Pretty decent form with 80lb straight bar curls for reps. Her form on the 90 wasn't as good with a lot of body swing. But, I understood why she was swinging them(90) because she was doing a slow negative on them. I was impressed. She is starting to get pretty good definition too. No fat on her and looked pretty young early 20's probably. I talked to her briefly and told her it was impressive.

Yeah, she was really doing the 80's and 90's which is what made me look. The other was just, well, there. I'm an alpha male so I notice these things...lol

I am anxious to see how far I can push myself strength wise at my age. My joints are feeling great. Very minimal shoulder or elbow issues.

Had a great pump going on when I left!

Weight this morning was at 197. That's a 8-9lb increase in about 2 weeks. Cals are at 2900-3100 right now. And aren't quite as visible as they were during my cut but my 33 waist jeans still are a little loose in the waist. My XL shirts are tight in the shoulders and arms though so that's a good sign! I'll increase cals a little more through the week and then taper back off Sunday. Add in some additional cardio next week just so I keep everything in check while I'm bulking and keep my bf in the 11-12% range(up from my 8.5% I dropped to during my cut on Clen). I'm really happy with how everything is progressing!

Shoulder day

Got to the gym a little late today. Kept things down to a moderate weight for me. Actually have some of those "back pumps" going on. I ran out of Taurine a few days ago and my shipment hasn't come in yet. Trip to the Vitamin Shoppe is in order as soon as they open up...

Thanks man! 270 is my PR right now. Shooting for 300. One of these days I'll have to see what that equates to on the barbell. I've hit 225 with the barbell back a couple years ago. The HS doesn't tweak my shoulders like the barbell though and I can get deeper movement with the HS.
Yeah, I ran my mouth the other day about not getting back pumps. I'll learn to keep my mouth shut lol!!

I'll have to see what I can max on H.S tonight, 270-300lb is still a lot.. If it feels better and more natural than a BB, keep using it..
 
It's not what I'm taking but what I ran out of. My body uses up Taurine and I have to supplement it or I get cramps and back pumps.
As for what I'm taking: Test E 2x a week and Tbol at 50mg per day.
Next week I'll start 3-MHD, drop the Tbol as I will finish it Friday, and stay at 500 on Test E.
The Tbol was just a 4 week run.
Once I do a 4-6 week run with the 3-MHD then I'll cut with Clen, proviron, and Winny. All while still on Test E. That'll complete a 20 week run and at that point I'll decide whether to pct or drop Test E to 250 and cruise for 6 weeks prior to doing another blast.
