Oh, if I had to take a Percocet then that would be a different story. Right now I feel it's something I can work around. Tomorrow will be interesting as its chest day. May have to really alter the workout but will decide that when I get up in the morning...If I need a pain reliever to quell pain I won't workout at all. I'd hate to make an issue worse because I can't temporarily feel it being agitated. This isn't necessarily a suggestion, just sharing a personal preference. Hope the lat issue is just a knot and leaves quickly! I didn't have a Thanksgiving this year either.![]()

Yeah, my strength is starting to even amaze me. I sit and wonder where I'd be at now if I didn't have to take 2003-2012 off due to multiple back surgeries. I'm blessed to even be back in the gym, let alone being able to push the weight I push. I look at each day as my last day and put 110% into it.That OHP weight! Geeez! Add that to the 40 min workout and I gained even more respect for you!! Super fantastic job!

You should try the Quest Cravings( like a Reese's PB cup). Crumble one up into some greek yogurt. Or some low cal ice cream... Friggin' awesome!!
