Thanks man! 270 is my PR right now. Shooting for 300. One of these days I'll have to see what that equates to on the barbell. I've hit 225 with the barbell back a couple years ago. The HS doesn't tweak my shoulders like the barbell though and I can get deeper movement with the HS.Back Pumps, My worst side ever... Nice session though brotha! Shoulder Press is looking nice, drop sets for the win!
