Took a night off of the G8 as I got home late from work and was tired...slept good anyway.
This morning I was still feeling tired but the stimul8/Ignite2/BCAA/Max Pump took care of that feeling.

Thanks man! If I hadn't done so many reps on the lighter weights then I'm sure 315 would've been there. I started to load 315 after the 295 and should've. I second guessed myself which I know better than to do. Next week...

Yep, I think if I drop the 185 and go lower volume from 225 on up then it should be easier. I was pretty tight when I started but I think I just like volume. lol

Just another day...same ole routine with PWO and then off to gym. Still feeling the 2 a days from yesterday. But, as always, once we start pushing weight the day gets better!

Oh Man Turf this workout looks amazeballs. I used to do T-Cups a lot you know alternating from side raise directly to a front raise without ever going into the lower 1/3 of the ROM in order to keep constant tension so it looks like you are making to T Cups with your arms. Talk about setting the delts on fire!!!!!

Looks like this workout must have felt really good. I love a good get the blood flowing kind of workout after doing a heavier one the time before.

It definitely helps. Been seeing some good increases doing this and since I'm going into my bulk and will add a few more lbs I expect to see some new size and gains doing this.
 
Leg day from hell! Today was a not go heavy day. I felt strong going into the gym so I figured I'd go moderate on weight, add some super sets in, and play with foot placement. I wish I had just gone heavy...

Thanks Tag. I've been pushing to get my numbers up there. My Hacks have really increased over the past few months. Hoping to get the leg press into the 800's soon too.
Going to try and work front squats in this evening.

No front squats this evening. My legs are still a little sore as are the hips. So, did some cardio. Will hit the fronts later this week.

The infamous CHEST day

Everyone loves chest day right? Changed up a couple things today. First no DB presses per se but did some db "chest" presses...

Forgot my water and amino's, left them on the table at home so that sucked!!!

Apparently someone stole the dip belt as it couldn't be found in the gym, along with several other items...

Now here is where I decided to experiment...
Low incline DB flies straight into hex presses

45 x 10 / 45 x 10

40 x 10 / 40 x 7

These were humbling. Once I did the 45's I knew I needed to drop back down. My last set my right arm just gave out at rep 8, couldn't push it past 3/4...

So, leave gym, drive home(6 minutes), and do some incline BB pressing

And my chest, front delts, tris, and upper back are all feeling it. Cals are at 2800 and weight holding at 189. Will continue to increase cals over the next couple weeks. Should level out around 3700-4000. I hope that's it as it gets expensive eating that much and takes time to consume that much.
 
Killed it Turff. Imma try those flies-to-hex presses. I def won't start that heavy though...

Calories yesterday at 2847 weight at 191 this morning. Gradual bulk has begun!
 
Looks like a good workout.. will you slowly bump the cals? what is your ceiling?
Yeah, bumping them at 200-250 every 5-7 days. I'm think around 3700-4000 Cals is where I'll stop but I'm playing it by ear. I really don't change up my diet too much, just larger portions. A little pasta sometimes, and a dessert every now and then(holidays).
Hoping to be at 200 after my next cut which will be in March. That would be a true 10lbs of LBM.
