It was hard not to eat some of the other items they had. Luckily they had a sushi bar and that allowed me to stay away from the egg rolls, spring rolls, and crab raggoons!

Love it too but it's loaded with sodium. Sometimes that isn't an issue and I need it, like working out side in the heat all day!

If I ever need to get my sodium way up for contest prep, I'm grabbing the soy sauce (I use the light soy sauce though).

Nice and cool out this morning so it felt great going to the gym. Usual PWO drink and I was feeling good. Took some Stimul8 samples to give to a few guys also.

wasn't feeling it today. Work has been non stop and on my feet for 12hrs a day. Yesterday was a rest day and today was just a quick back session.

Wide grip pull downs to chest

Did some ab stuff and had to leave. Quick workout but just didn't feel it today.
Cals are at 2200 right now weight at 190(3lb increase since reducing cals). BF at 11-12%.
Start the Clen back up Wednesday for another 2 week run.

I usually do what you did and think we'll, what caused that and if I can remove that distraction from my schedule in the future.

Day 97 - LEGS

For some reason my left knee was sore today. Maybe from all the walking on uneven ground I've been doing at work lately. Did not "push" hard on any lifts today and kept everything moderate except for some shrugs I worked in.

FIRST, I didn't get my ground beef yesterday at lunch. But, we finally did make it to the movies to see the Equalizer. Slow developing movie, but not bad. Hope to see John Wick today! Anyway, after the movie we went out for dinner so I had an 8oz fillet. Oh it was sooooo good!!
Slept in and didn't make it to the gym until 7am(damn half the day is gone!)
