wasn't feeling it today. Work has been non stop and on my feet for 12hrs a day. Yesterday was a rest day and today was just a quick back session.

May work some arms in later today since I didn't push hard this morning...All around good leg workout. That soreness in the side of the knee happens to me as well after walking or even standing on uneven surfaces.
