Might be losing a little but could also just be you were limited on time and shortened your rest periods allowing for more accumulative fatigue to set in.

Right now I feel like I'm just going through the motions to maintain. Between work, family, and some shop time it's a full schedule. Still maintaining my gains so that's what counts!
 
Those BB shrugs! Geez! Life gets in the way but that is how the mind says you need rest and recuperation! Besides, you kill every lifting session!

Ah, the benefit of having stuff at home.
 
Yeah, I wouldn't have made the gym. I was hot and sweaty and just worked out in my work clothes. Don't think the gym would've been happy with me in dirty jeans and steel toe boots on...lol

There're some guys that come in early during the week in jeans and boots. I assume they're shooting in before work, but they only workout back and arms. Every day.

I think I found my new bench for outside use. Can handle up to 1000lbs and I need not worry about weather.

that's a cool idea! Wouldn't have thought it could hold that much weight though. That's really good.

That is pretty cool and can double for a step up box or box squats box. Nice and like you said perfect for outdoors!

Got a little arm workout in this morning. Mentally I've just not been in it lately. I think my desk job has made me a little lazy but more mentally drained everyday...

The x 2 was 1 each of narrow and wide grip.
I need to start my cardio back up too as I was winded on several of these sets although it was humid as heck outside this morning. Maybe that contributed...

Yeah, decent pump but still not tight like they usually are. Been slacking a little on my diet and holding some water. The protein orange velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting didn't last long. Wife knows my weak spots and she's sabotaging my gains...lol!
 
I'm with you on the cardio. Need to include it myself.
 
It's the weather change and the airborne stuff! It's NOT lack of motivation because you all are the Kings of motivation. Rest, recover and get yo arse to the gym!

Started my cardio last night. 20 minutes on the bike! My 100 push-ups a day are still going ok. Although I sound like Rice Krispies doing them. My joints are snap, crackle, popping...
 
I was shocked the other day had to do 100 push ups as fast as possible and I managed to get all of them done in 55.37 seconds with no breaks!
 
Cardio and push-ups yesterday. Today was going to be legs but when I got to the gym I couldn't get in. Either my card isn't working or my membership expired, although I show it not being due until the end of the month.
So I went home and in between rain showers knocked out my back!

And then 20 minutes on the bike.

This rain has been unreal and it's not going to end until late Monday...

Yeah, the rain is getting bad here now. Street and yards are flooded. I can see the intercostal from my house and it's up to the top. Should be a fun couple days...

Things were hectic this past weekend and the past couple days. Just no time really. My area has settled and no flooding where I'm at so we are good. Some friends weren't so fortunate though, even just a couple houses away from me.

Water can be so damaging! My heart goes out to those that had their entire house flooded. Strong arse arms brother!
