Worked a Turnaround over there in 2007 and use to work at PCS Nitrogen for a few years.
I hate columns lol

I was stationed in Saudi back in 2009, in the middle of it all. I used to work some Excel (MS) and those columns were a bitch.

Nice! You're killing it! That's a lot of climbing! I had to take my rings off bc I bent them deadlifting and didn't want to break them bc they're passed down.

glad to see the combo is working so well for you and making such great progress...my progress has been much slower but steady-down 3 lbs i think---but looks like i have lost more that that!!!

Work got the best of me last night. Going to the gym this morning was definitely not an option. Lost all discipline & picked up an ice cold beer that had the little sweat drops rolling down the side of it... Yeah, no discipline.. Got a solid 8 hours of sleep today & woke up feeling leaner.. Nope. Got on the scale & it said 177.. Tonight's scope of work doesn't look too strenuous, so I plan on hitting the gym tomorrow morning & punishing myself for having that beer..

I think you look awesome!!!

Recomps don't show up as scale changes. You need other measurements.

This was definitely a good call to pick you. Everyone following along, this is exactly what VAT looks like generally. You can still see the outline of the individual abdominal muscles, but you can also see a waist circumference pushed out.

Luckily, for Enhanced and everyone else in a similar condition, VAT is very easy to get rid of and extemely quickly.

Can you take daily measurements of your waist for the next week or so? I think you will be impressed/surprised how fast the AMMO will shrink you down.
Also...take that damn second dose.

Way late but im in!! And dsade or anyone, what is VAT?

Last night was another pretty busy night. Started the night off by climbing the highest column we have. Curiosity got the best of me, so I snuck my phone up there w/ me & downloaded an elevation app.. Lol. Yeah, it's up there! Beautiful view of the MS. river.. Lol. My hands and wedding ring are shot after only 7 straight nights of climbing ladders..

Got off work this morning & felt like getting in a quick arm workout before coming home. During my workout, I was thinking of how much this combo has reduced my appetite so much!! That right there explains the rapid weight loss! I'm eating way below normal, but at the same time, burning more calories than normal as well.. I'll take it!! That beach trip in July is right around the corner! The thing I've noticed, is upon waking, I'm usually pretty hungry, so I'll make a pretty big breakfast. After that, I've been feeling fine throughout my entire shift! I usually am starving again around lunch, and have zero discipline around snacks. Now, I'm eating some sort of carb free lunch, and haven't fallen victim to any of the snacks! I've also noticed my tool belt I wear at work has gotten much looser as well.

Only a week in & totally loving this combo!!

MS river huh? Where do you work at?

Look at enhanced's pics. So you can see his an separation but it is washy and the muscles protrude out. Sort of like a sumo westler. It is underneath the muscle and surrounds the organs.

Very unhealthy but very easy rone

Yea, i noticed his pics! I was just wondering what VAT stood for? Is it visceral adipose tissue? Also, i think i have that problem, would eviserate or abliderate ammo work better for this?

Yeah, visceral adipose tissue. Ammo and Abliderate take it out pretty easy,

Just got some more Bronkaid today :) but I only use 1 cap pre basketball 2 days a week.

And echoing Matt -- scale doesn't tell the whole story. You need it to make sure you're not going off the rails, but heck, I swing 6 pounds from one morning to the next following basketball days.

I was thinking about running this combo again with either ec or clen. Could be a decent kick.

Had an awesome chest & back workout this morning after a long 12 hour shift. Despite feeling groggy, I still felt strong and had a nicer pump than expected. Feeling totally bloated from the 1.5 gallons of water I drank last night. Hoping to look a little leaner this afternoon upon waking. Lol

Does your heart-rate not go through the roof while playing basketball while taking ephedrine!?

No sir.

I even played years back while on a full blown EC stack (200mg/25mg dosed 3x/day).

That said, I've also played basketball on DNP. I'm a bit of an outlier when it comes to things ;)

But the ephedrine helps me breathe better. I have really narrow nasal passages, so it's much needed to keep from mouth-breathing like crazy.

I agree the scales won't tell the whole story. I haven't updated my log yet, but I was very discouraged by the scales this morning....but my pics & measurements tell a whole other story.

thats why i usually take my measurements before i step on the scale. That way if the scale disappoints me,
I already know I've made progress by my measurements & it helps have a positive attitude about your progress.

That's a good idea. I woke up late this morning though & hubby was getting antsy to get tge gym. I use the medical scales they have there for weigh in.

I always see articles on "why you need to ditch the scale" and 99% of them drive me nuts. They generally don't tell people everything they need to know, which is a weight tells you only a small fraction of helpful information -- but it is still nonetheless helpful (even if in that brief moment it doesn't feel like it). There is a whole subsect of people who take that advice as to never weigh in and poof, 15 pounds added without you even noticing it (most of us on here are too concerned to allow that, but we know people it can happen to).

So yeah, I still weigh myself every single morning first thing, but I follow measurements, the mirror and overall trends. My weight can fluctuate so wildly in a day that if I only weighed in once a week or twice a month it likely wouldn't tell an accurate story at all.

I also loathe that somehow people still use BMI lol.

BMI is a joke for a lot of people...especially for athletes & fit people. I'm not saying it can't help some people see where they need to be in terms of losing a lot of excess body fat. However, for someone like my hubby, his BMI has him considered overweight....which is far from true. I have a friend who is a marathon runner & her BMI states she's underweight...no, she just literally has minimal body fat & lean muscle. So, I agree that BMI is the last thing people should be going by.

Agree! I'm considered obese...

Just a quick update & then I gotta get back outside..

I'm holding steady on the weight still.. No more drops. That's ok though, because like y'all were saying, recomp's don't show up on the scale - but instead, in the mirror. I'm seeing results.

I'm also feeling them! This morning, at the gym, I was doing shoulders. Strength still seems to be going up! :suspect: But, I'll definitely take that! Especially in a caloric defecit. I'm also feeling like the pumps in the gym are increased as well. My diet has been low carbs all night long, up until about an hour before hitting the gym. By that time, I'm hungry, so I eat a protein bar. I guess those carbs are what's giving me such a great pump, because the preworkout I'm taking has no NO properties in it.. Again, I'll take that as well!!

OK, back outside & to the grind. Oh, our work has changed up a little bit, where we're not nearly as busy (physically demanding) as we were last week. We're now required to sit/stand around & watch the welders & pipe fitters do "hot work". Yes, I'm now an overpaid firewatch.. Lol.. So, we went from going home exhausted last week, to an almost sedentary job this week.. So, when I first got here tonight, I decided to climb that 236' column just for a little cardio.. When I got down, I was soaked from head to toe. My co-workers were thoroughly confused as to why someone would climb all the way up there for no reason.. SMH, they'll never understand..

Glad to hear strength is up while cals are down! That's always a nice surprise.

Sure is! Had another great workout this morning and fed myself a little 6 egg omelet before bed this morning. Lol. Woke up looking leaner than ever! Gonna get measurements tomorrow.

Pretty slow night tonight. Might as well get some cardio in. Lol. It was so windy, I could feel the column swaying.

Your measurements should tell the full story even if the scale conceals the truth :bigok:

OK, so I'm 12 days into this now. I'm back up a pound on the scale, but getting less & less worried about that number each day. (can't teach an old dog new tricks, lol)...

I woke up this afternoon feeling leaner, but like I said, a little heavier on the scale. I took the waist measurement, hoping it was in the same exact spot around my waist, and it's maybe 1/8" smaller... So, I took a couple pics. Y'all tell me what you think? Leaner? Maybe? Possibly?? :fingersx:

I'm sure that working these nights & my poor quality sleep during the day is definitely putting Ammo to the test. Considering going keto these last 2 weeks. Thoughts? My only real cardio has been all the ladder climbing here at work. When I get to the gym, I have enough energy for weights, but not the cardio.. Yeah, that's probably a lack of discipline on my part, but I also know that weight training can also burn calories.. At the same time though, I'd really love to hit that 175 mark on the scale. Been probably a year since I've been that light.:sad3:

Looking great! I see more abs! Definitely looking leaner! I've been lacking a little on the extra energy myself but it has nothing to do with the stack.

Waist measurements aren't the only measurement that will tell the story. If you've followed my current
cutting log at all for the last 3 weeks, I've lost more fat around my chest & back area then around my
waist. One week i lost nothing off my waist, but a 1/2" around my chest.

I usually take measurements in the following areas:

Neck @ widest point
Chest @ nipple
Waist @ 1-2" above naval
Waist @ naval
Thighs @ widest point

Because you have no control over where the fat will come off, most of the time it is
coming off of other places besides the waist. The waist is usually the last place it will
come off, except when you are really heavy, then it usually comes off everywhere equally.

Well, I'll be damned! Looked back at the picture in my application for this log & saw this picture.

That’s a 6lb difference in the 2 pictures.

That's really impressive! It helps to really put things in perspective when you're looking at the reflection day to day and not seeing the cumulative effects.

It's also motivated me to work harder & eat cleaner! To be 43 years old and see my abs would be incredible!

We're our own strongest critics, but I can objectively say you've done great in just a short amount of time so far, man. Very well done.
