Truthornothin's Ursobolic Log The Whole Truth and Nothing But the Truth!

Correction yesterday should be day 6 Today is Day Seven, the Truth is getting senile in his old age lol

Day Seven
Took 3 caps 3 times over the course of the day

Nutrition:

Breakfast:

4 whole eggs
50 grams 7 grain hot cereal
8 oz V-8 juice
1 cup whole milk

Mid Morning:

50 Grams Whey Protein
30 grams of walnuts
30 grams oat starch

Afternoon:
50 grams of Whey Protein
30 grams almonds

Pre Workout:

2 servings White Flood
1 serving Purple Wraath

Post Work Out:

50 Grams of protein
30 grams oat starch

Dinner:

400 grams Grilled Chicken
100 grams Beans with tomatoes cheese and olive oil(made tons be eating these all week, my poor co-workers lol)
1/2 cup cooked spinach


Workout:

Leg Day- Ouch!! Today I started on the Hack Squat, wheel on each side to warm up, 1 set 20 2 wheel a side 1 set 18, 3 wheels a side 12 x 3
4 wheels a side 10 x 2, 5 wheels a side 4 x 6, 6 wheels a side(all she'll hold) 3 sets of 3, heart pounding short rests between set sweating profusely.

Leg press, Warm up with four wheels 18 reps, 6 wheels 18 reps 8 wheels 18 reps, 10 wheels 3 sets of 10, 12 wheels 4 sets 8, 14 wheels 2 sets of six then I work my way back down to 8 wheels I set per plate chance, Quads are fried can barely walk, 5 sets leg extensions I never pay attention to the weight stack on these what does it really mean anyway, last 2 sets with a weight I could only do six

Standing leg curls, to 90 lbs a side, calves abs and done, worked out so hard I yakked, its been years since I did that

Observations

I am now noticing leaning, which is amazing as I have increased carbs which is usually a death knell for my abs. Not so, Pics on Saturday, Anxious to post them. Still noticing the increased sweating but my appetite suppression is not so much, I have been hitting the Iron like a beast, maybe that's why. Any questions fire away more tomorrow
 
I hear ya, Truth - I'm 47 ... still hitting it hard, always will be, God willing.
I'll be doing this until I am buried, I still want'em to chuck a couple hundred pound d'bells in there with me in case I get bored lol

My knees say no way for me it'll be squeezing out reps on the chin up bar with a 60 slung around my waist, I love back and bi day :)
 
So your taking just 9 caps per day truth how do you know its not your nutrition and training causing the leaning out effect and not the UA?
keen to try this for its fat loss properties, but not so keen if it causes infertility!
is the Anti estrogen effect of UA quite reasonable or minimal do we know?

Because usually when I eat as much carbs as I am now my abs go hasta la vista and they are still kicking, I am adding in more calories every day a few more and like I said. I am leaning. And yes 9 caps

Seems like you're having good results at 9/day, I'm currently at 18/day, but will probably drop it down to 9 at the end of the second week, no need to waste the extra cash if we're all hitting the same result either way.

Wish I was 46 again! The rep range has definitely changed a bit at 52 but the intensity never wanes. I see you added another dose of the oat starch into the daily routine. How are you liking the added carbs? I love carbs but I too blow up when consumed. UA seems like adream come true. I don't remember, was anything said about how long you can stay on UA before cycling off?
 
I have just finish my first week on UA+E-Bol at 6 caps per day (Pat suggested starting at 6 and increasing from there). Even at this low dose I am noticing a slight leaning effect. I also think I have noticed a slight increase in energy throughout the day. I can't say that I've noticed an increase in body temp or a noticable increase in hunger at this dosage. For the next week I will bump my dosage to 8 caps/day. I will try a 2-2-2-2 spread.
 
Pretty interested to try this UA stuff, whats the minimum dose one needs to be effective?, but pretty concerned about its effects on fertility is this a deffinate side of UA, if so thats not very good?

I do seem to be able to rep longer, perhaps its not as noticeable for me as I am in pct after a H-drol Ostasarm cycle, but my weights reps are pretty much the same as they were on and my joints hurt less, I am going to stick with the 9 per day and keep adding carbs as long as I keep looking lean

I have a twenty two year old daughter and am single bring on the infertility :)

Yep more carbs in all, adding beans and today am adding sweet potatoes. I like the carbs, as I said in reply to miniarnold, usually not that many carbs cause an end to my cuts I am still cut. Per Pat you never have to cycle off

hunger is supposed to decrease and in fact during the day I am not hungry. At night, I could clean out a buffet, not saying I do it, but I could

Haha man I wonder what aspect it hinders fertility. The wife wants to get pregnant. I want my swimmers to be alright, but I don't mind if they don't make it to the egg just yet. I don't mind "trying" a lot lol.

The studies show it hampers motility i.e. the ability to swim So you have swimmers they are just too lazy to move lol

1/2 cup cooked broccoli

Snacked on 1/2 cup pita chips and several table spoons natty peanut butter and some almonds

1 cup fiber one and 1 cup whole milk

Observations:

No work out today its my scheduled day off. Work sucked today, lord my job is stressful. I can probably really use the cortisol suppression that this is supposed to have. Ok muscles look fuller and I'm eating more crap and still am leaning. Only day 8 so I am still cautiously observing and trying not to call anything early. My muscles feel fuller to me and my shirts are tighter and pants looser, good sign, all for now
 
I rarely rant, but this really has me lit-up ... Ordered 6 more bottles of Ursobolic on 10/1 via Amazon at the $13.xx price ... the seller is Supplement Warehouse ... 6 days ago and they've yet to ship the product. No excuse for such poor service.

This is common with Supplement Warehouse , Also there price isnt really cheap because they jack you on shipping...I know that doesnt help you but your almost better off canceling and ordering elsewhere.

why dont people just be honest anymore and use the words dont know if a question is asked if they dont know the answer and admit "i dont know the answer to that"

Abstract

Th17 cells have recently emerged as a major player in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases via the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-17, IL-17F, and IL-22. The differentiation of Th17 cells and the associated cytokine production is directly controlled by RORγt. Here we show that ursolic acid (UA), a small molecule present in herbal medicine, selectively and effectively inhibits the function of RORγt, resulting in greatly decreased IL-17 expression in both developing and differentiated Th17 cells. In addition, treatment with UA ameliorated experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. The results thus suggest UA as a valuable drug candidate or leading compound for developing treatments of Th17-mediated inflammatory diseases and cancer.

I cannot find a percentage though I wouldn't think it'd be that high, I'll continue to look where did you get your information
