TRT: Comparible to Androgel 50mg ? oral form - how to work this out without bloods?

Hi,

I am 42 years old, 93kgs and on TRT.

I've been using androgel 50mg with good outcomes. my test is now at the right levels

there are days I don't want to use a gel form TRT, ideally looking for a oral tablet.

How do I work out (without blood testing) what would be a good dose to match the androgel 50mg?

Gotcha. You may be better off with androgel. I don’t have experience with oral test, but I know there are a couple of orals that have been released in the past couple of years but from what I’ve heard they’re really expensive. I’ve also heard orals aren’t that effective and are worse on your liver.

I believe it was / is methyltestosterone and it's ridiculously expensive.
