awesome - that's what it does!

I would advise a 5on/2off rotation on this, rather than every night use for timeframe specified on bottle...this rotation will help you to not get acclimated to effects, and will also allow you to run product a bit longer overall, than if you were dosing every night

glad this could help you out my friend, enjoy the nice sleep going forward, and let us know if you have any questions

Great to hear, sounds like G8 worked good for you, I always get the best sleeps with G8, wake up feeling refreshed. Price of only $23.93 right now at Nutra :O

Last night was horrible again... :(
The G8 didn't kick in at all, thinking about double dosing tonight..?
I took the G8 1,5-2 after eating and yesterday wasn't heavy on stim so I don't know why?!

here's the deal:
if you got the new formulation (great taste, 40 servings), then that is half as potent as the OG version
simple fact is, the overwhelming feedback we received from consumers was that a full scoop (ie rec serving) was just too powerful..
so we redesigned it, made 2x as many servings, added a great flavoring to it, and kept the price the same
you may have a natural tolerance such that 2 scoops are needed -- which is what I use personally
perhaps try 1.5 scoops first, and then if need be, go to 2 scoops

thanks for the feedback

What about taking a break from diet and/or training. It seems you have some underlying problems that G8 and others will only provide limited relief.

Warm shower before bed, deep breathing in bed. Try the brainwave apps too.

In addition to the usual advice u got above which didn't bother reading, working hard in the gym will make u drop on your bad like a sack of spuds.zma is also good if u are on budget slug it out in the gym.

ZMA was never a real "hit" with me and I might work too hard in the gym, that's why I have hard time to relax and get restful sleep after... I working out 6 days a week and doubling up on most of them...

This could be the problem. I usually train in he morning, but due to schedule occasionally i have to train at night and my sleep is usually disturbed from this. Is there any chance you could train earlier in the day

I'm doing that also... Most days are 2x day...

Ok, I just thought that you mentioned that you were training harder than normal.
A lot of people don't realize that vigorous exercise will raise core temp by as much as 2 degrees. One of the body's signaling devices for the onset of sleep is a decrease in core temperature. It can take the body as long as four to five hours to return to normal temperature after training. If you're training harder than you were before, this is probably a good explanation for what's going on.

I would have to agree with these statements. I've always had much difficulty getting sound sleep following a late night training session. I like to give myself at least 3-4 hours between a training session and bedtime.

I might have offered this idea before but look into Rem 8.0 as it will knock you out and keep you out,. Great list of ingredients.
