WOD for time
40 pistol squats
30 GHD sit ups 9kg ball
20 T2B
20 pull ups
10 30" burpee over box jumps
50 lunges with 20kg plate overhead

OP- how did this stack treat you? I've got three weeks left on stano\triumph. ...I'm liking it so far, just curious when you felt the triumph kick in and if you got lethargic at all towards the end. Thanks bro

triumph kicked in after 1 week. I feel it was like a mixture of sdrol and epi.
epi in terms of dry but drol in terms of glycogen retention
