What about the reps/sets for those shoulder exercises ?

i dont write things down..but i know all my weights.....maybee i will start recordind numbers for my thread....lately i been doing high reps 4-5 sets each....i always change things though

first and foremost im a bodybuilder not a power lifter....regardless of what weight i use i keep slow controlled movements,full range of motion,and reach possitive muscular failure.....people like chad think you have to max out every workout...thats powerlifting not bodybuilding....i keep my weight moderate .....and use a scientific approach more than a barbaric one....that way i can train 7 days a week

well i have a degree in personal training....what are you basing your opinion on???? What did you read what ronnie coleman does or some stupid NEWB sh*t like that.....pay attention you may learn something.....................

Having a degree in personal training is about as useful as a celebate with a large unit. It's not what you have, it's what you actually do with it. There's a lot of personal trainers who don't know jack sh*t about anything. I'm not calling you out on any of this, I'm just saying that being a certified trainer is conditionally meaningful. And if you don't believe me, come down to my gym one of these days and meet some of the PTers.

NPTI is a good personal training school. See the thing with being a trainer is you're only as good as the results you give other people based on their needs/situation. Just because a trainer looks good doesn't always say alot for his ability to BE a trainer. Dan you do a good job with training people and i've seen your success stories.....however you learned alot from your big bro ;)

If you really want to get serious you need to get your bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and go from there....
 
i agree that you don't have to look good to know the science and philosophy of personal training and be a good trainer.

but i can't stand the fat ass, out of shape trainers, i see in some clubs trying to sell me a personal training sessions.

they may know their stuff but i have a hard time respecting their advise if they can't even keep themselves in shape.

i think personal trainers should lead by example.

if i saw a trainer built like Trip in my gym i would much rather listen to his advise rather than from some fat ass.

Agreed.....being in shape you will most certainly aquire clients alot faster.....nobody wants to train with a fat a$$:thumbsup:

These guys have degrees from the University I attend. And yeah, I will tell you straight up a test tube full of sinner-spunk is worth more money than the degree they've earned. I don't doubt your practices in the least, and I know that you know what's up. I'm just calling you out on the fact that a degree in PT is a real hit or miss.

took 100mg halodrol-50,gram and a half 1,4-ad,4mg methoxy tst,...and about to shoot 250mg sustanon............this sh*t is gonna break 200 fo sho!!!!!!!!
