first and foremost im a bodybuilder not a power lifter....regardless of what weight i use i keep slow controlled movements,full range of motion,and reach possitive muscular failure.....people like chad think you have to max out every workout...thats powerlifting not bodybuilding....i keep my weight moderate .....and use a scientific approach more than a barbaric one....that way i can train 7 days a week

well i have a degree in personal training....what are you basing your opinion on???? What did you read what ronnie coleman does or some stupid NEWB sh*t like that.....pay attention you may learn something.....................
Having a degree in personal training is about as useful as a celebate with a large unit. It's not what you have, it's what you actually do with it. There's a lot of personal trainers who don't know jack sh*t about anything. I'm not calling you out on any of this, I'm just saying that being a certified trainer is conditionally meaningful. And if you don't believe me, come down to my gym one of these days and meet some of the PTers.
and those trainers didn't graduate from NPTI like i did....they got some online bullsh*t course cert.....sinn i know my sh*t....yea at gyms in east bumblefukc where you live trainers prolly do suck....dont let the back roads trainers you live around convince you that all trainers are of that calibur...

they may know their stuff but i have a hard time respecting their advise if they can't even keep themselves in shape.

These guys have degrees from the University I attend. And yeah, I will tell you straight up a test tube full of sinner-spunk is worth more money than the degree they've earned. I don't doubt your practices in the least, and I know that you know what's up. I'm just calling you out on the fact that a degree in PT is a real hit or miss.
