man i've dominating the toilet myself! i think i need to add some metamucil or some fiber sh1t to my diet cause i am abusing myself right now. i crap all fvcking day it seems
 
yeah whats you guys favorite brand of toilet paper? I have found some to be a little more harsh on my bunghole than others.

Long a$$ day and ihave to write a 8-10 page paper between 10-3pm tomorrow.
I had 8 cups coffee, 2 AMP energy drinks and some focusXT. I had alot of caffeine. (spread thorughout the day)
Along side my gal and half of H2O, i was pissin alot.
I also read alot about R3 IGF-1 sounds like cool stuff, but pricey. Not thinking of runnin it but seems like its good for slow soild gains.
 
Dam there's like 13-14 inches of snow outside,It's cold as a hooker..........gonna snow tomorrow too and it's like 20 dam degrees. God I miss palm trees right around now (no wait, I will miss them more when I'm shoveling snow for 2 hours probably) :sick:

Count it as cardio... I only wish it would snow here (GA). I racked more f'n leaves than ever this morning - What sucks is that I own 10 acres, 4 of which are cleared - so that's 4 acres I have to rack. I'm going to The Home Depot today and buying one of those Leaf Vacuums.

Supposed to have urban flooding in seattle today. We had snow on the ground yesterday but it melted and we got almost 2 inches of rain in the last 6 hours apparently.

14 inches of snow! damn that sucks goat balls! at least you can get a back workout in today shoveling all of that snow. its cold as a bastard in stl though. probably in the 40s LOL
