Oh and that reminds me, I found some Turkey hotdogs - 100% turkey meat - no fat. Add whole weat buns, fry some onions in olive oil and a healthy junk food snack.

Just thought id share that seeing as this threads going so fast that by the time I reply im 2 pages back.
 
bro i get yelled at every day by this lady who works at my gym.I usually go when no ones there and i lift heavy, that usually results in noise...so this 300 lb goriila of a women yells at me becuase she is eating her food and trying to read her people or fitnes magazine...like she expects reading about health will make her skiny...i hate that women. who hires a fatty at a gym any ways? doesnt that demotivate customers???

i dont know man i think if i was a fatty trying to loose weight and got motivated to sign up for a gym and i came in to see a water buffalo signing people up i would loose all hope....:frustrate

lol yeah. You can find the hotdogs in the regular refrigerated hot dog section at the grocery. They are called hot dogs "made with 100% turkey" or fat free "made with turkey".
