ummmm my penis grew 2 inches in width......



~ main gains seem to be rear delts,and medial delts. I basicly put on 8-9 pounds lean mass...same vascularity/bodyfat. Im happy as it was a good experience. Very little to complain about.
 
I don't know whether it was the horny goat weed or the flinstone vitamins but Dayum that was a good workout! I gotta take a huge Jomi though.. be back in about 5 hours!
