Umm how isnt it is a more appropriate question... the gains are totally different, the basic effects *hardness/vascularity/strength/slight leaning are all the same, just some more pronounced with tbol vs halo... dude prohormones in a sense LACK big time vs the real deal, that's common knowledge though. like.. M1,4add vs dbol... pffft not even close.

Oral T is so much different than halo though bro... and I only noticed a few random differences between methandrostenelone vs m1,4add.

structurally, my above post is 100% accurate. I think Hdrol has a lower conversion rate though. The 4-chloro is just chilling there right next to the 3-ol, it's gonna make it tough for stuff to react and take off the proton to activate it. I've never run halodrol, but personally wouldn't run it anything lower than 100mg.

running it at higher dose also increases sides right if any from halo and would also cause more rapid weight gain right?

hummmm forgot what i was getting at.. but 150 of tbol wow i have no idea howmuch tbol is gonna see if i can find it anywhere hehe

common dose for kickstarting a cycle is usually 30-50mg. Of course, when you're trying to win some Gold Medals and the coaches are saying this will not show up on a drugtest, you tend to go a little Tbol overboard.

Well i got some Milk Thistle, Red Yeast Rice, "super" B-Complex today. I have to order my SERM, Taurine, Cycle support and im good to go. The countdown begins! Ill open a log when i get it rollin.

I expect all BDS memebers to pop in at least once as it is my first cycle and i will be on point Mufukas!

red yeast rice is best preloaded,and after the cycle.....from what i gather. I would start 1200mg a day till you start the cycle. It is considered somewhat liver toxic,and not shown to help lipids on a oral cycle... so prolly best to run it again after the cycle.... sinner any additions?

Awesome info man much appreciated. I want to get some COQ10 but it is a bit pricey. I may buckle in a week or so as my health is def important.

So ill start my Red Yeast rice and milk thistle tomorrow then as cycle is only 1 1/2 or so away.

I'm a huge fan of Niacin for cholesterol support. Reason being is that niacin will lower your cholesterol, but still keep your LDL levels high. Even though retards and people who read Men's Health refer to LDL as "bad cholesterol", you're going to want **** load of it when you hit PCT since it's what they body uses to make testosterone.

If you do choose to take any support supplements with methyls, it's best to take your supports a few hours before or after taking your methyl.

I did read about the last part in a pulse thread, i assumed it would apply to cycles. Ill prolly do all supports at 6-8 am as i work out at 2 at the earliest. If i do have a morn workout i will just move my supports to night time.

really high ldl is bad with low hdl. what hes saying is that RYR lowers LDL cholesterol which is nice if you started with high LDL. but it doesn't do as much to support raising HDL which is what the orals lower. and once you are in PCT, your body creates pregnelone from cholesterol, then dhea from pregnelone, etc down to creating testosterone. if you manage to drive your overall cholesterol levels too low, there won't be enough to create all the hormones you need once your body starts producing its own again
 
So niacin would be good during PCT. RYR is good pre cycle and PCT, but wouldnt the 2 be in "competition?" RYR is to get bad down, niacin supports bad....i seem to be a lil lost here. I understand the 2 seperate but why together then?

You're SEVERELY misinformed child.... RYR is a statin and SHOULD NEVER be used... ask for the RYR free version that Crowler offers... and secondly, Niacin supports HDL ... study before you make presumptuous bullshiza comments.
