Lol works for me!!! I need the motivation and the diet willpower.

I need someone to teach me patience, and stop my incessant spending. Diet can be easy, it really can revolve around the concept of "healthy cheat foods". making sure you have the options around to do clean snaks is critical. the high fiber in multigrain stuff, plus fruits and other greens is enough to lower appetitie I find, and then its finding the worth eating other alternatives. Sugar free fat free pudding and jello is pretty good for instance, can't tell the difference.
