Day 27

:aargh: Had to take the day off due to sh*t weather. I probably needed a day to recoup, so I expect big things tomorow.

Took 6 DTH today, and did not take the R4W

~Some mild chest acne, nothing bad though.

I will try to get new pics up soon....forgot my camera yesterday.

just a few random pimples, nothing severe.
 
Gotcha. So it's not the full out acne they show on the before pics in those Proactiv commercials. I sometimes get a few little ones on my triceps, but I know those are from the damn little hairs after shaving that just won't behave.

Today was a bit rough at the gym. I didnt sleep well last night, and thought it would be a good idea to go lift early in the day.......not such a good idea!

I am straight up NOT a morning person, and usually lift at night for that reason.

Regardless my lifts were good.

So i did notice the difference lifting later in the day after having taken most of the DTH for that day.

I only took 3 before my workout, and usually have 5 in my system when I normally lift at night...

Tomorrow is the Superbowl and not sure if i'm gonna train......probably will hit the gym, cause im cOrE....UGH!!!

Go PATS!

Trip sorry if i missed this but what are your current goals? Maintain in pct? Or bulk, cut? Which is it? I think you need to bulk lil man. ;)
 
Trip how has your H2O intake, do you feel you are holding water weight at all. Does the DTH make you thirsty also, or do you feel like you are forcing the intake?

My water intake is very good, I drink alot of canned seltzer water so dehydration is not an issue.....as far as holding water...probably a little yes.

day 29 (yesterday) Great workout, got a quick one in before the superbowl. Glad to be back on the 6 DTH a day. Took 4 of the new R4W (preworkout) and that seems to be plenty for me.

Day 30 (weight 191 +4)

DTH- 2/3/1
R4W- 4 caps (preworkout)

Awesome workout today......very high aggression and focus!!!
Veins were poping out all over the place.:twisted:

Sides- only mild chest acne at this point... skin is a bit oily also.

improve as in add lean mass or improve on the quality of mass you've already got? which brings up a subject i've been wondering about, how does one achieve good muscle maturity? years upon years of lifting? probably a rhetorical question now that i think about it..

I might have to try the entire diesel stack. Trip would you use R4W on cycle? I'm on right now and its like I have zero energy, focus, motivation in the gym....wtf is that about?

Oh hell yes T-B**, R4W is a super preworkout energy enhancer. I highly recomend you jump on some if you are slumpin' at the gym. Give the stack a try, Scotty just got 3 bottles of DTH!
 
Trip, have you noticed any appetite or stomach issues from the R4W? I just started taking the samples I was sent this past Friday, and my appetite has shot WAY down, and I've thrown up twice.

what are u drinking with it? with food or without? try with 2 vit c chewable tabs, it helps if ur stomach is sensitive to yohimbe bark.

I'm wondering if that's the problem. Is there anything else in it that may have caused it? I never had any problems with Yohimbene when I was taking Leviathan Reloaded. It's not so much an upset stomach, but a SUPER low appetite that just gets easily queesy.

My appetite is rather low anyway, so I cant say R4W is making it worse. When i was on Leviathan Reloaded I couldn't eat much either. I never threw up though......

could be sulbutiamine bu tthats sounds like yohimbe. Leviathan has yohimbine hcl. there is a dif.

Yohimbe in my products has a high ph, yohimbine hcl has a low ph.

Last 2 days have been very intense cardio days w/ strength. I'm lovin the energy from the R4W, I was killin the sprints.

Everything is going very smooth thus far, I feel like a dam king on this stuff.

Presses seem to be the best increase...Military, Incline press, and Dips are all up. I dont go heavy on rotary exercises, so things like flys,lateral raises, curls, tri extentions...I rep out with moderate weight high reps. Presses I go for gold though
 
Sweet everything is looking good! I cant wait until I start feeling the effects of the DTH I started it yesterday and by sunday or monday I will be up to the 2/2/2 dose, so I am siked.

Trip whats the average weight on your presses? incline, flat, millitary?

Incline press 315 (machine) like 5 reps

tri extentions- stack for like 5 reps

dips- bw 45

flat- dont do it

military(seated) 190, 4 reps

I'm actually more into cutting and cardio at the moment, so a bulk ain't gonna happen. I want to be athletically fit because i want to pursue firefighting, and I am more into the big picture of things, not just lifting heavy weight. I enjoy sprints as much or more than lifting, and actually calories are very low at the moment....very low carbs....R4W really helps in that department!! (energy)

I took 3 pills before the gym, then like during my workout I took 2 more....this works way better for me! Iwas at the gym for over 2 hours... I seriously was destroying the sprints I was so fired up(the chick right in front of me helped too ..lol):twisted:.....so needless to say I will adopt this method of dosing.
