My triceps are lagging behind the rest of my body. What can I do to put some size on them? Any suggestions ?

Dips and DB extension to kick back superset. Becareful not to bang your joints.

Skull crushers(seated, incline, flat), rope pull down(spread and full extension to your sides), kick backs and DIPS DIPS DIPS!

I do one tricep exercise on chest days, 3xhigh rep. My arm days are separate and 3 days from chest 4 days from back usually.

Heavy pressdowns, dips, overhead extensions, and lying extensions.
 
pushdowns 10-12 reps 4sets
dips 8-10reps 4sets
pullover press8-10reps 3-4sets
pushups(hands close) 20 slow reps 3sets

You can also create this with dumb bells
