Skull crushers(seated, incline, flat), rope pull down(spread and full extension to your sides), kick backs and DIPS DIPS DIPS! I do one tricep exercise on chest days, 3xhigh rep. My arm days are separate and 3 days from chest 4 days from back usually. iPhone AM.com app
