Some nice strength increases today on the bigger lifts. Incline DB presses felt light as hell....95s went up with an easy 6. Next going for 8 reps on 85- ended up banging out 10. Row and upright row both had nice increases as well. I can really feel a crazy pump after things get going- in fact I had to cut it early today due to an almost painful pump in my forearms. They were rock solid, veiny as ****, and got to the point where they were tingling/painful. I ended up not doing lateral raises and wrist curls (not a shot in hell those we're happening). Not sure if this is due to perhaps the epi, or just getting a crazy ass pump, and the muscle swelling so much it aggregated a nerve or something. Whatever, I'll start dosing in taurine and see if there is any change.
I upped trest to 80mg today. I took 20mg with breakfast at 6am, 10mg at 9am and noon, 30mg pwo at 4pm, and 10mg with dinner at 7pm. I'm going to do 80 again on Workout days this week, and 70 on off days. Then Sunday ill kick it to permanent 80mg for weeks 5 and 6.
Diet: 4200 calories/210g protein
I took pics today for the halfway point. I'll upload them tomorrow though since I have to transfer to my laptop to resize. Anyone know if there is. A quick way to resize on the iphone? (Not just crop). The whole process is actually pretty annoying. Anyway, tomorrow is a rest day. Feeling pretty sore from yesterday's deadlifts, so I'll take it.
