TRESTOBOL + EPI...6 Week Cycle/PCT/Diet Log!!

I bet... What part if nj? I lived in Bergen for a couple years and am down in belmar all the time

South jersey... it's not too bad though, I can take the heat since I'm right by the beach. haha

Stayed home, upped my water intake, ate a few hundred calories less then usual and doubled up on support supps... I woke up today feeling great! 100% worth it- haven't been more ready for the gym then today. Lower body A later today.

Highly recommend an extra (unplanned) break day if your body is calling for it.

I'll update from the last few days later, just wanted to throw up a mid cycle review... Today starts week 4.

Sides
-Not much, if any ball shrinkage
.-no hair loss -slight moodiness at times. Fuse if deff a little shorter.
-appetite is generally up. It's a lot easier hitting my calorie goals per the day.
-I feel my body going through temperature fluctuations. I'll go from hot and sweaty to cold for no reason. I'll be walking down the street mad warm and sweaty and then get goosebumps on my arms. Deff odd, but not the end of the world.
-acne- I stay on top of it So it's nothing terrible, but def noticed more pimplpes and breakouts trying to surface. Nothing on the back yet.
-sleep issues came and went, I'm sleeping fine now.

Gains
I have to weight myself today, but I'm guessing I'm up around 7-8 lbs. this weekend I went home to help my mother do some household chores. She hasn't seen my in a while and commented that I put some size on. Visually the gains have really started to show, I was almost worried it would be obv that I'm using something extra, since I really do look jacked up lol. ReLly nice dry gainS so far. Each one of my muscles seems accentuated... Traps, shoulders and arms are cut and swole. Chest filled out. Back and wings are solidly thicker, and I easily put an inch or two on my legs. I'll post halfway pics after my next two workouts. All in all things really started kicking into high gear the last few days.
Im going to run weeks 4,5 and 6 as:
trstobol: 70/80/80
Epi: 45/45/45
formeron: 1pump am, half pump pm.
My current dosing of formeron really has me at a nice balance.
Looking forward to really going HAM and getting the most out of the second Half of this cycle.so far I would recommend the hell out of this stack. Really feel great,and getting steady quality gains. No sky high libido and crazy energy like some ppl report, but I feel normal, and do have the alpha sense as I go through my day. Noticing the girls all the more, just not a walking boner. I'll take it.
 
Just weighed myself for the first time in 5-6 days... 191 BABY! That's 11lbs up, 3weeks in!!

Workout
Deadlift: 315x5, 335x5, 365x5, 365x5, 335x5 (+20lb max... last week was 225/275/315/345/315... BIG INCREASES)

Front Squats: 135x10, 165x8, 165x8, 195x6 (+10lb on last 3 sets each)

Leg Curls: 95x12, 110x10, 110x10 (+15lbs)

Leg Extensions: 160x8, 175x8, 175x8

Shrugs: 205x12, 230x10, 270x8

Did some abs and calf raises too, but didnt record the weights today.

All in all, EXCELLENT DAY!! Tipping the scales at a clean 11 lbs. In fact, some of the cleanest gains Ive had on a bulking cycle thus far. On top of that, hit 365 on DL, twice, and upped weight into the 315+ range for all 5 sets of my 5x5s. Weight up all around. Libido has been feeling up the last day or so, so thats always cool. Just feeling good over all, and glad im seeing strength and size gains like this at only essentially 3 weeks in.

Gonna head over to my boys now, make up some shish kabobs and check out the Greek and Colombian craziness going on in response to the big wins!

Some nice strength increases today on the bigger lifts. Incline DB presses felt light as hell....95s went up with an easy 6. Next going for 8 reps on 85- ended up banging out 10. Row and upright row both had nice increases as well. I can really feel a crazy pump after things get going- in fact I had to cut it early today due to an almost painful pump in my forearms. They were rock solid, veiny as ****, and got to the point where they were tingling/painful. I ended up not doing lateral raises and wrist curls (not a shot in hell those we're happening). Not sure if this is due to perhaps the epi, or just getting a crazy ass pump, and the muscle swelling so much it aggregated a nerve or something. Whatever, I'll start dosing in taurine and see if there is any change.

I upped trest to 80mg today. I took 20mg with breakfast at 6am, 10mg at 9am and noon, 30mg pwo at 4pm, and 10mg with dinner at 7pm. I'm going to do 80 again on Workout days this week, and 70 on off days. Then Sunday ill kick it to permanent 80mg for weeks 5 and 6.

Diet:
4200 calories/210g protein

I took pics today for the halfway point. I'll upload them tomorrow though since I have to transfer to my laptop to resize. Anyone know if there is. A quick way to resize on the iphone? (Not just crop). The whole process is actually pretty annoying. Anyway, tomorrow is a rest day. Feeling pretty sore from yesterday's deadlifts, so I'll take it.

Thanks man! Yea, it's been fun so far. Your lineup looks legit, I used some of my boys arimicare he had left over, but never re stocked due to lack of funds, but it's definitely a solid product.

I would love to take a pwo, and do once in a while when needed- but don't usually. I try to save things like that (including creatine and almost all other OTC supps) for pct. my thought is that I'll need anything and everything I have to maintain/continue gaining throughout pct, such that I solidify my gains. In The past this has worked out great. IMO, the longer you keep your cycle peak numbers, the more chance your body has to form quality muscle memory at those peaks. But hey, if the pwo gets you to the gym after a long day- go for it.

Ill be looking for the log bro!

Seems that on a cycle, with blood pressure already elevated, that too much caffeine can be somewhat risky. Thus, I try to avoid pre workouts while cycling but I'd love to be told I'm wrong for doing so! Anybody?

That too. I've never had bloods done to compare caffeine use on cycle, but I don't like chancing it.

Kind of a "meh" day. Strength was actually good, but I was feeling quite lethargic and unmotivated. Forgot a pwo and my DL straps and went straight to the gym from work. So, my DLs weren't on par with last time... The bar was just too sweaty and my grip was terrible. Anyway, it is what it is. Upper Body A tomorrow.

Sides have actually leveled off. I'm sleeping better, libido is on fire, generally feeling great. A lot of what I heard about trest really came into full play this past week. Just starting to notice some shrinkage, but nothing crazy.

Diet has been solidly and consistently around 4200 cals and 210-230g protein.

I have noticed it trying to flare up a few times, but I stay on top of it with face washes, exfoliating, pimple spot treatment cream... And really never ran into anything noticeable Nothing on the back either. I try to wash my face a few times a day and it seems to help.
 
Cycle Update:
ok so- Thanks to jaycuda and the rest of the Olympus Labs team, I've been chosen to receive and log their new trest product- DermaTREST. Im obviously super pumped about this and plan to alter/extend my current cycle. I'm going to drop the Ep15stane after week 6 as planned, and start DermaTREST at 50mg ed. Keep in mind the transdermal BA is better then oral, so at the very least that will cover the 70mg I've been doing orally. I also just received my Tr3st today, so I will be taking 25mg orally pre workout. After week 6 I'll go at DermaTrest/tr3st solo for 3-4 weeks and then add in something for the final 3-4 weeks, rounding this cycle off at around 12 weeks. The break from harsh Orals for a few weeks will hopefully keep this on the safe side. I also will be using hcg @250-500iu e5d for the last few weeks to prep for pct.

I made the switch from trestobol to tr3st for two main reasons:
1) Trestobol is sold out and I needed it asap
2) the main reason I chose trestobol was bc of the smaller dosed caps. I dose frequently to maintain stable blood levels. I did not see tr3st's 25mg caps to be ideal for this. But for preworkout, it's a better deal and only 1 cap!

I'll be creating a new log when I receive the DermaTREST- hopefully by the end of the week. So check it out and see how it goes both solo and stacked with another oral (if anyone has suggestions for a good 4 week, dry compound I'm all ears). Otherwise, I'll still be updating this "master" log to record the full journey.
 
If you're looking for a dry compound, give D1METHADROL a go. You could dose it high for those 4 weeks. Maybe even 40/40/40/50.

Interesting, thanks for the suggestion. I don't know much about this compound, I've only heard it's been described as a hybrid of superdrol and pheraplex. I've done sd before and it's no joke. How have ppl been reacting to dimethadrol?

There are few logs already. It's nothing like SD or Phera. It's dry compound and great for recomping/cutting.

Yeah, it doesn't aromatize and our version is dosed high enough so one bottle is enough for you.

Had a great upper body A workout today- hit 255x5 on flat bench! Weight is steady at 195lbs (+15lbs from start)! Def shredding a bit, abs and other cuts/vascularity really coming along. I'll post the update up tomorrow!

Ps- noticing shutdown occurring. I'll get more into it next post, but I'm ordering HCG with my SERMS tomorrow so that will be good.

Was able to lift but went without any compounds or pct for 3 weeks. Immediately starting pct today and will have to stay on for a few weeks before continuing the dermaTREST in a few weeks.
