Trenstan 6 week transformatin.

Killed the gym today with biceps Lats and back. Strength was solid.
 
Killed it today with legs.


My dinner last night was so bomb. Tuna with cheese on 27 gram bagel protein total of 50 grams of protein. Strength is up. I am feeling very strong.
 
My hunger seems to be up when on it. I can tell my body is demanding more food.

Upper body push today.

I Loved my workout today. Saturday is my contest. Just eating and pushing hard up to and past threw this contest to get me ready for Octobers contest to.
 
I need to bring up my chest more I believe but I am feeling strong and big. Upped my need2slin every day from 3 caps spread threw out the day to 6 caps to keep my fat down. I usually maintain with 3 caps when not preping for contest and when getting close to the date I double up. I also ordered some new digestive enzymes as mine ran out. This Should be interesting. I am at 8% bf and should get down to 7% hopefully.
 
Killed it today with abs. Felt very very strong. Few days till my show. If any of you have any tips for my last few days let me know. I did 45 mins with only 30-60 second rests in between sets.
 
Weighted my self in today and I am at 137 with 7 - 8% bf so I am down few pounds but that could be the bf going down to. Since I started at 139 few weeks ago. Strength is still up there.
 
Duh I though about physique but I work out legs to hard not to show it off so I will be posting on here Saturday so keep a look out. I will go live. Love the iPhone. Video and all.

Even if you pass they have the right to give you a UA after the show if they think you did use anabolics. If the show isnt tested, well then your fine.

I am sure others in the competition will not be happy. Maybe others are cheating, who's to know? But this is blatant disregard for the rules. I guess it's fine as long as he is NOT allowed to win.

I am doing a whole new routine based on tensions. Your muscles have no idea how much weight you're lifting. You've all heard it before. They can't recognize whether you're lifting 10 lbs or 100 lbs. The ONLY things muscles know is TORQUE or tension.
If we can increase the amount of TENSION, we can increase muscle growth. So at this point I am hammer machine benching around only 275-300.

With Intentions, you change the tension by means of a technique almost imperceptible to an observer. You pull inward or push outward with your hands or feet as you perform an exercise. The different motion makes your muscles fire in a different way and leaves you more sore the next day than you have been in months. So at this point I'm a newbi! This next 11 months see a new me.
 



I can tell you I feel way more vaney and stronger. Also my reps were way up with this higher volume lighter weight and not fatigue which was a shocker for me.

Maybe I may have miss spoken it has been 2 weeks now that I'm looking at it. I just have a lot going threw head day before and with zero carbs this morning I'm foggy.

What's your plan for carbing up before stepping on stage?
 
I have need to slin 2 caps, 80 grams Vitargo, arginine peptides 4 grams and agmantine at 1000mg morning tren Stan leucine peptides at 3 grams and I may add beta alainine 4 grams pre and some extra Taurine.

Strength is up. Today was pull upper body. Every thing is now two sets but heavier weight this week. I felt strong today with every thing I lifted with. I'm up to 141 lbs so my weight is up few pounds :)

Today was off day. I am feeling great in the gym. I am almost threw the bottle 40 something caps left. I looks way leaner. Even my students at my studio told me I look more ripped.
I am eating way more for sure now that I'm a good chunk in to the cycle. I am loving this product/
 
Upper body today. 2 sets up the weight. Strength was increasing and I did not fatigue so that is a sign that it is working.
