Am enjoying the revolution pct, and only three days into it and have joint issues yet.... And hope not to get any. I am also using up some old cissus that I had, and hope this will help.

Glad you' re enjoying the revolution pct. How many do you take a day?

I went up to 3 without any joint issues.

The cissus you're taken should help for preventing issues.

How is the weight and strength holding up so far?
 
I'm taking 1 am and 1 pm, think I'll stay at 2 a day. Is there any real benefit taking 3 a day?
sure there is benefit in taking 3 daily, but you may not need to take 3
what may be more beneficial for you, is taking PCT Black at the proper time..
no need to split them up, take both at bedtime

Has been a while since I have updated. Diet has turned to sh!t over the last few days and haven't been able to make it to the gym for a few days.
I thought I would try a rest/pause training for incline db chest hang cleans and wide tbar row. For this I went to failure then rest 30sec and press again.

Starting to split up my DAA with 3 caps am and 3 caps p.m. This is a higher dose of DAA than the recommended. I don't notice much with DAA so I will see if this has any effect.

Not using pure test.

I am going to start taking rev black 1 a.m. And 1 p.m. I find that I get a dodgy feeling in my stomach taking them both at once. Then this interrupts my sleep.
 
I've been a bit lazy in here. Have been keeping at the upper lower split and is working pretty well. I am going to change to a push/pull/legs split this week.
PCT is going well, still have good strength and even though my libido didn't really drop, with the rev black and DAA it is back, better and stronger.

The change of split will keep your muscles guessing, good point during pct when you're struggeling to keep the muscle built during your cycle.

The revolution pct and daa will make your pct smooth.....that your libido is increasing is a good sign.

Good morning in the gym and pct is going well, currently weighing about 84kg, which I am happy with, but need to add a little hiit to drop some bf.
 
I am big on changing things up, I am happiest when one workout does not in any way resemble the last.

Too bad the 550 and epi-v is gone.

Got some 1 andro coming my way, 1 alpha was not available. So let's see what we can build...

Strength has held up well. Legs are not a good example as I am taking it easy to help with some lower back issues. But chest, shoulders and back going good.

I was planning and buying my second cycle when I purchased the first. Looking forward to it, but pct is going great and the DAA, rev black are working great.
 
Just caught up sounds like you had a productive run and a great PCT. Job well done Sir!
 
Second post I've read in the last couple minutes about good strength maintenance in PCT... hek I'll chime in my strength seems good as well and this is after contest, in PCT and a week off...
 
Training has been going good. Looking leaner and keeping any size gains. I am a big fan of the rev black and DAA combo. Have some og anabeta now but will save that for another time. Still taking cissus and fish oil, but can feel some joint pain in my elbows. Might drop the rev black to 1 ed.

My recommendation would be to add either Antaeus Achilles or iForce Joint Help with glucosamine. This has kept my joints from having any issues during cycle and now PCT.

Had no issue with joint pain while on cycle and are only noticing it now near the end of pct. So I'll drop it to 1 rev black and get some glucosamine. That'll do it.
 
Yeah that should take care of it. Good to step down off of an AI anyway.
 
Starting to notice a little loss of strength as I come to the end of my pct. I have dropped to 1 rev black a day and the dry joint issues have gone.
 
Today is my last day of pct and on reflection the short 1 Alpha and 550 xd cycle improved my strength and leaned me out. I can see now at the end of pct that I have lost some strength and stamina.

Through out the cycle I injured my lower back and then aggravated it again in pct. This affected my leg training and pretty much restricted me to DB lunges, leg extensions and leg curls. I can see improvements in back width, although this may of been that I had leaned up.

Next cycle of 1 andro and 550 xd will be a higher dose and longer cycle, and I know with proper diet I will get a good recomp.

It should be obvious that I was happy with the results and had no side effects from the products. Libido did take a hit, and with the rev black and DAA has been great in pct. The rev black was good at the recommended dose and I only noticed some joint pain with a week to go, so I just dropped down to 1 rev black.

Thanks for all the support and info that I received along the way. I will keep following and learning from the finaflex logs on products I intend to use.

The one thing I see on a lot of these runs is a tendancy for injury or CNS failure leading to catching colds or flu's. We get all that power and can't control ourselves. That's why I like to have a plan to prevent this kind of thing. Even so I got carried away on my last run.
