Start date for me is 10-11-15.
I'll finish up for Dec. 3rd a few days early since me and my wife will be going on a cruise for our 20th anniversary that weekend.

I will keep my workouts, diet and supplements in my regular log.

As you can see in these pics, I'm still holding some weight in my midsection. I hoping that with the cycle I have set up I can shed more of it while putting on a good amount of lean muscle!!

Weight 117lbs
Bf ~15%

Next week is my last week in my current program, then I'll do 1 deload week, and then I'll start my new hybrid GVT & power regimen that hubby & I are still working on. When I start my new regimen I will also start the OL UK SARM's I will be running to help me with my lean bulk/recomp, and drop the EU & Dermastr3ngth. I will be running a 4 week cycle of RAD @ 4mg & Osta @ 5mg with a 4 week Osta kicker @ 10mg. Hello gain train!! This is my current plan...however, I reserve the right to continue the RAD past the initial 4 weeks if it's treating me well.

Let's do this!!!

Why not keep running the EU with the SARMs? YatesWifey04

Honestly, it would make a great addition to my stack. However, I've never ran SARM's before. I know what the EU is about & the benefits it gives me. I'm really just trying to get a feel for the SARM's solo. That way I can stack things accordingly in the future if I see fit.

I would love to compete but am on more drugs than Charlie sheen atm, wouldn't be very fair lol

So its almost summer in Aus and I need to lean up, and lose my belly fat. To do this I will adjusting my diet and intake, and up my cardio as I don't do a lot at the moment.

I'll be using protein, creatine, fish oil, pre workout and probably a bottle of formeron.

Currently training a upper and lower split, hitting both twice a week. I will probably lighten the weights and increase the reps.

Good luck everyone involved.

Edit - currently weighing in at 86kg.

Not the best pics. Will work on getting better ones but wanted to get something posted before tomorrow.

Weighed in at 261 and soft. All about learning up. I'll be running MassGH for my eight weeks and see what happens.

I just want to say how fugging awesome it is to have this many people participating in this!!!! We have so many people that are in perfect position to make some serious transformations. EVERYONE will have to be on their game in here!

Don't let lies your self esteem tells you dictate your behavior. Use this time to be courageous in the face of those lies and shut them the hell up! When you were working with me last year you last 20 lbs in 8 weeks. You do even close to that and people will be hard pressed to beat you. Don't let the negative put a shade over the light you have to share with the world, or that matter keep you from seeing it yourself!

When you doubt yourself work harder, that is when you build confidence! You can do this and have a VERY REAL chance of winning if you just do what you need to.

Those feelings of defeat come from echoes of the past. An echo has no power unless you give it power. If you pay it no mind and keep moving forward it fades away!
 
It has been a long time since I have done any decent cardio, but this morning got in a 4-5 km run with 10 hill sprints. Lookout transformers.

Hit some extra cardio today. Last I checked down 2 lbs. Things are looking up. I hope to get some more pics up this weekend. Changes are definitely noticeable in the mirror. We'll see how they look in the pics though. I am definitely getting more vascular, and my waist is getting smaller. I do need to start actually working on my abs though. I have not directly worked them with any regularity in over a year.
