Aint that a mofo!!! Your estrogen looks to be pretty damn low too. Are you on an AI, if so that makes sense but looks pretty low in the range too me. Not sure what those measurements are in the imperial measurement system...

Man I wish we used metric just like the rest of the world... or they used imperial, either way they are numbers lets make them mean 1 thing we shouldn't have to do conversions on numbers they are already universal...

I'm still dumbfounded by the results. I knew something was off, because I just couldn't dial my AI in. I was taking 0.5mg adex 2x week -and I'm a heavy "aromatizer". Nowadays my skin dried out and libido suffered -now its obvious, E2 is low.

When I was blasting, I did hardly enough to get my test up, LOL.

All the effort in the gym, always wondering why the hell I don't see changes.... Well, the reason is : GREED. Underdosed gear, damnit!
 
Sounds about right unfortunately. Get that estro back up a little and your progress and libido will improve for sure. Bummer on the gear, but you are still in a higher normal range at least... could be worse and be completely bunk.
 
Still no progress here, having sort of a mental barrier, feeling a bit sluggish and poorly motivated. I'm awaiting my lab results today to see how my hormones are. After a few adjustments I'm ready to go.

Adjustments like: t-bol, T3, Cardarine and a bit more test

I will be competing in a 220 class in 8 weeks and I’m 229 so I will be using that as a driver to drop some lbs over the next 2 months. I am trying to get more serious about my diet. It’s easy for me to train hard and be smart about my periworkout nutrition, but it’s tough for me to deal with hunger or sugar cravings if I’m on a deficit. But I need to clamp down on my diet if I’m going to try to take things to the next level.

Just posting to put it out there and be accountable.

You will kill it. Making the choice and sticking to it is the hardest and you’re doing it everyday. Great work!
Thanks, I will tell you what has really helped the most this go around. 1. Macros amd logging food...have never done that before including when I thought I was in full keto and lost initial 80 lbs in 2015 - 2017. 2. Agter 13 years of marriage my wife has decided to join me in fitness amd health, she has lost 15 lbs this year. She has her style and I have mine but it's working. She definitely shows a greater respect for my nutrition habits and 3 am workouts. In the past her response was always " YOU CRAZY"

This is so true. Been there. My wife used to tell people I eat everything in the house and leaves nothing for her. Dig that. And now, since she’s into fitness, no complaints. Lol

Here’s me currently. Dexa 2 weeks ago put me at 18% bf (for those that dont know me I used to be fat hence the weird loose skin going on).

Goal 1 is lean bulk (on cycle in March) and ideally get to 215lbs with same bf (currently 205) after pct.

Goal 2 is a 400lb squat (currently 352) and 500lb dead (current 440). Goal 2 is obviously massively ambitious in the timescales, realistically for this thread the aim is simply progress towards those numbers to hit them by year end.

Weight up 6lbs to 211 (1 week into a trest epi cycle)......

Pictures not great but doesn’t seem to be much fat gain and obviously most of the weight will be water at this stage......next few weeks should start to see real changes hopefully. Pushing hard in the gym so I hope so.

Pictures not great but doesn’t seem to be much fat gain and obviously most of the weight will be water at this stage......next few weeks should start to see real changes hopefully. Pushing hard in the gym so I hope so.

185.8lb this week so basically the same (within scale margin of error)... Body comp starting to seem like its shaping up a bit though so that is a positive. Strength still the same or slightly better almost all days (unless extenuating factors effect it - long day, no food/sleep, etc)

You all need to make a trip to India to get whatever stuff you need. We may not have the best of supplements here. But, we can offer legit Test, Deca and whatever you need from the next door Pharmacy. Lol..

Okay guys, I am making progress on leaning up very slowly but my carb escapades keep my weight fluctuatng bit. I haven't picked up cardio yet, and still mess up on diet enough to make a difference once or twice a week. I am gaining speed though and seem to be getting a very mild recomposition effect.

Muscles are just a little more full and a little more separated but weight was at 212.7 this morning. I think that is exactly where I started. The cake and ice cream from Trinity's birthday celebration brought the weight up but I can still see some leaning effects. Not as fast as they should be for a comp like this but it is moving in the right direction...

Yeah the fat under the pecs is hereditary unfortunately and tiny amounts are still present as low as 4%, just enough to smooth out what should be the very defined under lip of the pec. Once I get into the single digits it becomes far less noticeable but my abs will come in long before that area is gone.

I have had the extra fat there since I can remember, but it got a lot worse in puberty. All the females on my side of the family have large breast and store fat HEAVILY in them... Lucky for me I scored whatever caused that in the gene pool...

If you look even at my avatar you can see my abs are in but under my pecs are smooth instead of defined under there. My abs were pretty prominent then.

He is a beauty isn't he! A big spoiled baby is what he is. He is always lying at my feet or near me somewhere! Probably because I am forever loving on him. I can't wait to see how he is as he gets a bit older and starts to really fill out. He is 15 months now, not sure of his weight but I am guessing between 120-130. Could be more I have been desensitized to his growth for the last 5-6 months. Everyone keeps saying he is bigger but to me he looks about the same. I think because he is growing up and thickening out about the same pace so his proportions aren't changing noticeably. He is definitely a looker though!

I used abliderate and eviscerate as well as a home made brew I made. They did work to improve the fat loss faster but nothing has been able to reverse it. I have thought about the supernova though as I liked the write up for it and the addition of the Brite ingredient I think should help with that a lot.
