Life update, most of these nagging injuries are pretty much gone but the right shoulder and right knee still a little funky. For legs I've only done bodyweight squats, single db deadlifts and jumping rope lately. The first 2 are actually hard because of whatever is up with the knee (I'm thinking torn meniscus) aunts a nurse and she thinks the same but need a mri on my knee and shoulder still (tomorrow is shoulder but hopefully will do knee too)
@MrKleen73 your package is going into the mail today, sorry it's been a busy week and while I'd like to have a great excuse..... the truth is om in pain so I been smoking pot after work and I fall asleep with this strain lol. But it's packed up, girlfriend is printing shipping label and I can get tracking if you want.
4th of July physique.... didn't get even close to what I was hoping for but I'm in "good shape" enough to be satisfied given the circumstances. Upper body training is 80% and lower body is pretty much rehab and endurance.
Cycle plans moving forward..... none.
Don't feel like it, don't wanna pin all the time, don't want to keep getting injured. Down to 1/2 cc of sustanon every 5 days or so. Bpc/tb just started on the knee this morning, looking for hgh to pair with it. Slowly cutting till summers over and maybe longer.
Also diet has been very strange for me.
Coffee with cream, if training early IL have a scoop or 2 of whey. On my days off it's 6 eggs and some cheese and salsa
Meat and a piece of citrus fruit
Fat free Greek Yogurt before the gym
Creatine, glutamine and eaa intra
Protein shake with water post workout
Dinner is whatever we cool, mostly meat and vegetables.
And any day I'm under 2800 calories (usually non training days) IL eat some kind of dessert if I want. Or IL have a omlette if I don't wanna be a fat kid.
Calorie wise I'm hanging out between maintenance and a slight deficit most days and usually 1 day a week when we do take out I go over. I'm not very hungry during the day but very hungry after dinner at bedtime.
I'm also holding a lot of fluid. For 3 weeks straight when I take of my socks the indent is there for hours. Mostly water In the legs, but a little in the midsection. I would normally say it's just fat but I wake up with a full set of visible abs and have a bloated midsection by dinner
