If you add a scoop of whey, a mashed banana and a egg it bakes a little denser like a cake and is pretty good. IL put cool whip on it and eat it like dessert but it's like 40gm pro per serving. It’s got higher protein in the contents already if you are wondering about adding protein to the mix.
I do the exact same thing...that is my go to breakfast or dessert. Can't beat the macros for fixing my sweet tooth. Talking about the pancake mix one
I'll have to try that sounds bomb afIf you add a scoop of whey, a mashed banana and a egg it bakes a little denser like a cake and is pretty good. IL put cool whip on it and eat it like dessert but it's like 40gm pro per serving.

In the baking section Kodiak has this mix called " protein balls" ( I'm not joking) they look like cookies before you bake them. Kinda sounds like your recipe here.If you add a scoop of whey, a mashed banana and a egg it bakes a little denser like a cake and is pretty good. It could be similar, there's not a huge difference between pancake batter, cake mix, cookie dough, cupcake batter, there all only a few ingredients away from becoming one of the othersIn the baking section Kodiak has this mix called " protein balls" ( I'm not joking) they look like cookies before you bake them. I think the difference with the protein balls is they have oats in them and you add PB and, or honey to them.It could be similar, there's not a huge difference between pancake batter, cake mix, cookie dough, cupcake batter, there all only a few ingredients away from becoming one of the others

Although I don't think the the protein in these protein pancakes is very bioavailable, or at least does not have a very anabolic amino profile. Most of the protein comes from wheat gluten and wheat isolate. So unless eating with a much better protein source I wouldn't count all of the protein in them toward your protein requirements. Adding in some extra whey will do the trick. Unless trying to increase fiber intake you are probably better off just using regular pancake mix and adding in extra whey. Probably a lot cheaper too.
That's what ultimate nutrition used in their iso gainer 1000..wheat isolate!! When I worked at gnc years ago I didn't even know that was a thing. I asked my boss who was pretty knowledgeable when it came to supplements and he just said profit margins and did the money thing we all do with our hands. I was like damn atleast gnc brands still use whey as the protein source in their mass gainers. Which I use to just shake my head when guys would buy them. I'm like do you know how much top sirloin and eggs yiu could buy with this same 80$
I get the Aldi brand, it's like 3.99 a box. I'm adding whey, egg and a little fairlife so over half the protein per serving is a complete protein. But I also use the regular pancake mix sometimes, it ends up being about 15gm protein less per serving and about 20gm carb extra per servingI think the difference with the protein balls is they have oats in them and you add PB and, or honey to them.

It is funny how we think. I have used the aldi brand as well. It isn't that bad also.I get the Aldi brand, it's like 3.99 a box. He has a lot of gut related health issues if I'm not mistaken (streptococcus infections)But if you come off cycle and stop eating and exercising then this is the end result. 10-12 weeks after he gets over the medical stuff and he will be back to his old self.Btw, have you guys seen how Gordon Ryan looks at the moment? And this is not to mock him or anythling like that, he's been dealiing with some serious health issues, which some of them have had him hospitalised. Antibiotics, laying in hospital bed and not being able to train at all has had quite the effect on his physique (like would for anyone). It's just wild, as this is not how I've used to seeing him.

Yeah, I think he's had gastroparesis and surgery demanding case of strep throat and can't train for 5 months or something like that.He has a lot of gut related health issues if I'm not mistaken (streptococcus infections)But if you come off cycle and stop eating and exercising then this is the end result. 10-12 weeks after he gets over the medical stuff and he will be back to his old self.
He's probably also the only guy on the planet who intentionally trys to make himself look like a old man lol. I never understood the grey hair/beard thing lol
Oh damn, I didn't know all that. I was just watching a documentary on him the other day. Dude is a beast lolYeah, I think he's had gastroparesis and surgery demanding case of strep throat and can't train for 5 months or something like that.
Agreed, a beast. What documentary? On what streaming service or platform may I find it?Oh damn, I didn't know all that. I was just watching a documentary on him the other day. Dude is a beast lol
It was something I came across on YouTube, it's not a legit documentary but it follows hem working up the ranks, there's quite a few things about his career. I'm gonna look for the link hold onAgreed, a beast. What documentary, on what platform may I find it?
Ok, NP. Maybe it'll pop on my YT recommendations (if it was in YT), after watching the other clips. In any case, no need to turn the house upside down, lol.I looked through my history on every device and I can't find the long one. It basically followed him through his early career and then a couple of the big tournaments where he's beating ufc heavyweights in submissions
Lol, just seeing this. I never did find the long one. I'm thinking after I watched one of those it must of just came on after.Ok, NP. Maybe it'll pop on my YT recommendations (if it was in YT), after watching the other clips. In any case, no need to turn the house upside down, lol.
I still need to pick some up but honestly, I've been doing very minimal training or anything so I'm not in a rush.@Smont ( or anybody else really) didn't know if you still needed carnatine but chase irons is doing a 40% off deal on his website. Just picked up a bottle, the only thing is it doesn't ship until the 27th when he gets back from Greece. Hence the promo code vacay.
Thanks, and happy fathers day to all of you too! That’s rough man, hopefully you’ll feel back to normal soon.
Happy Father’s Day
Thanks, and Happy Father's Day to everyone in here from this old man too!Oh crap, i forgot you guys are fathers, happy fathers day to all of you for real.
Try BPC 157, it works great for tendinitis.I've got some tendinitis or something in my left forearm...I think from DB hammer curls.... sh1t sux
Low dose nandrolone, or high doseTry BPC 157, it works great for tendinitis.
The crazy part about my shoulder is it hurts the most when I'm just sitting upright. Like driving or playing cards or sitting at my desk writing. But when I'm walking around and being active it doesn't hurt. If I'm lifting and I get in a bad position or path of motion IL feel it but if I'm conscious of the pain and stay out of certain things I can get through a great workout still. I pretty much cut all pressing weights in half and reduced rowing weights by 1/3 to 1/2 and that's rough mentally, but getting 4-5 sets of 12 to 15 with a rest pause or drop set at the end gets a great pump. I been doing so.e super sets too so that it forced me to reduce weightsHope you get to feeling better. Dealing with a pain in the ass shoulder situation right now myself. Hurts when not lifting but not during any lifts. So can't even figure out what it is I am doing exactly that is lighting it up. Very frustrating.
Do you get joint relief from deca or npp? I've heard a million inline they do but I never experienced it. Most the guys I know in person also say they don't notice joint pain relief on nandrolone.Low dose nandrolone, or high dose![]()
Yeah, that sounds similar. I can lift because I keep myself in good positions, but the stress from it leaves behind some pain for me mostly when laying down. I noticed that it only happens when I am in a lax position. Like if I protract in some way without any tension on my back muscle it will bark loud! Like a jolt of about an 8-9 on the pain scale. I have really been trying to pay a lot of attention to what I am doing that causes it, and what my body is doing to compensate for it so I can describe it better to my ART guy. I am both really looking forward to seeing him and dreading it. There is no way around it ART phucking hurts!!! It has also been very effective for me in the past. Either way, I am a bit nervous because the pain is in that rotator cuff area. Could be lots of other things too but really not wanting to deal with another tear in my RC, this side already has a torn subscap, labrum, and partially subluxed biceps tendon. So part of me is like F it, if it is bad I can finally get all of that fixed, but the other part is like Oh Hell No I am making progress right now!!!The crazy part about my shoulder is it hurts the most when I'm just sitting upright. How much do you usually run? And do you inject it right into the pain area?Try BPC 157, it works great for tendinitis.
I know you didn't ask me but I've done it at 250mcg per day up to 1mg per day and have even done 2mg up front with 500mcg per day after the initial dose. I always inject it as close to the injury as possible. How much do you usually run? And do you inject it right into the pain area?

How much of a difference did you see with the higher doses. Was there a limit where you felt like maybe the benefit did not justify the increased dose? IE 500 was amazing, and yeah 1000 was better but only marginally? I know, not really something easy to track. Just curious how much benefit there is to the increased doses over say 250 a day? That was just an excuse to add more gear, nandrolone wouldn't help tendinitis at all, if it did we would've heard about it. And honestly I've never felt joint pain relief from it either but full transparency I don't have joint issues so I wouldn't know if it was doing anything anyways. I'm curious to see how my right knee reacts in the fall when I do my off season cycle with nandrolone. My knee didn't really start bothering during squats until after I got off of it the last time so I can make a better judgment thenDo you get joint relief from deca or npp? I don't believe it will help tendinitis tho at all
I usually start at 250 a day, and see how well it helps that first week. If I haven’t seen enough improvement, I’ll increase to 500 a day, but that usually does the trick. I’ve never ran over 500 a day, but there seems to be a marked improvement between 250 and 500 for me. I’ve never tried the loading with a large dose up front followed by smaller doses, but I am intrigued how well that worked, especially if it shortens the duration of how long you need it. Thanks, I have a couple of vials and plan on reconstituting one today after my ART session. I just have to get the wife on board to do the injections. I can't reach back there. She won't be happy but I am sure she will do it for me.I usually start at 250 a day, and see how well it helps that first week. The most beneficial seemed to be with higher doses, so when I hammered it up front with 2mg and then did 500mcg daily and 1mg daily. Most notable was a reduction in inflammation that was more pronounced at higher doses. How much of a difference did you see with the higher doses. I got a few extra bottles of tb+bpc, if you need them hit me up I can send you 2.Thanks, I have a couple of vials and plan on reconstituting one today after my ART session. Trenbolone acetate..oh wait...that's not on thar website..damnI got a few extra bottles of tb+bpc, if you need them hit me up I can send you 2.
Edit, I'm saying IL just give you 2 bottles, I'm not trying to sell you nothing. I get lots 2 or 3 free products each month and if I got something on hand that someone ever needs in a pinch feel free to ask.
That goes for anyone who's a regular in my threads, I'm not really looking to get rid of anything. But if someone ever needs some bpc or tb, or a ai/serm asap and I have some on hand IL send it if your in the US. If any of you get in a pinch shoot me a msg to at least see if I have the product on hand.
If anyone has suggestions of what I should stock up on from the research site let me know.
Bros, anyone ITT experimented with epitalon for sleep and inflammation/pain benefits, or DSIP for sleep? Got some shoulder osteoarthritis going on, and rotator cuff soft tissue aches. Already have a stockpile of BPC and TB, topical curcumin etc etc, just needing something to help with sleep.
