Dude I heard that everything but tge bagel seasoning is off the hook. That and my mom told me about fisherman's Bay seasoning or something like that
The bagel one is pretty good, I like it on eggs and I actually used it to encrust a fresh piece of tuna, seared it so it's crispy outside but almost raw inside and ate it sushi style, Wasabi and say sauce

Dude if I'm not eating tuna sushi style that's that's onky way to eat it is seared like that. Poke is unbelievably good too
 
Well...... I was feeling better the past few days, yesterday I hit the gym for another full body but I couldn't get into a rack, there's 5 at this gym and all were full with basically groups of ppl so no way I was getting in anytime soon. I ended up doing mostly shoulders and arms. Went home and started meal prepping and I started feeling hot and nausea. Stopped and took a nap, woke up with the worst headache.

Next thing I know I'm in bed waking up at 3am drenched in sweat, headache is pounding.

Paced around the house for hours, took my temp 101.7 and then took a covid test and I got covid🤷
 
Took a bunch of Tylenol pm and ibuprofen and went back to sleep and I haven't ate today because I just been sleeping. Now I'm awake and I feel completely fine

Headache is close to gone, fever is gone too but thsts probably just because I took a bunch of Tylenol and ibuprofen. I'd imagine my fever will come back when those wear off. Other then that I don't feel horrible at the moment. Lower body is a little sore, minor Headache and that's about it. I'd like to hit the gym right now to be honest

Get better soon brother, covid can be some nasty ****. I caught it last year and it has done some damage to my airways enough to give me a persistent cough.
 
I already has it in the past, I'm not worried about it at all

That's good if you had a mild case the first go around.

I managed to bounce back 5 days afterwards after my own bout with covid then the next several weeks was rough as it took a while for my lungs to sort themselves out as had breathing issues which made it rough to workout.

So it was really weird, I had it about this time last year, and I didn't feel that sick but my temp was 104 for a couple days. But again, I didn't really feel sick. After about 4-5 days I had no fever but then all the sudden I had bad aches and pains. Then I just had bad anxiety for a week. I don't know what to make of it. This time I'm having all the same things happen but it's like I've gone through all the symptoms I had last time in 1 day.

Has anyone ever had to govto the bathroom so many times in a day that there scared to wipe. Sorry if it's TMI but this is insane

Yep!!!! Get some DUDE Wipes, they are flushable and work better than Johnson & Johnson Baby shampoo at being tear free!

We always buy the Cottonelle flushable wipes packs in a bulk box at Sam’s.

@Smont how long have you been a lifter and don’t know about flushable wipes??! This is a key component of lifting culture & belongs in your gym bag in case you have to deuce during training.

Once you get used to finishing with a wet wipe, you will never only use toilet paper again. You clear with dry, then you clean with wet.

I know about flushable baby wipes, but there not really flushable. They still clog my toilet so I don't buy them. I just went online and I'm seeing all these different adult flushable wipes lol.

Honestly I can't use them. The plumbing here is very sensitive. Anything other then singly ply toilet paper clogs the lines after a week of use.

So all of these things are a no go for my household unfortunately

The no discipline I don't care cycle.
Test, tren, superdrol, hgh, insulin.

Test-as much as you can handle without getting acne or tits.

Tren-as much as you can handle without killing your spouse, without killing yourself or chemically castrating yourself.

Superdrol-as much as yiu can take without loosing yiur appetite

Hgh-as much as you can afford and take without loosing feeling in your extremities.

Insulin-as much as you need without going into a coma.

This cycle is called the winner, you can add trestolone acetate and halotestin at 50mg a day each for as long as you can handle it.

Maybe sprinkle in some dnp for good measure

Yep….when I had covid in May of 2021. My asshole was raw as ****! I hated that ****. I lost 25 lbs in 5 days. Temp was 104 and didn’t eat ****.

Yep, they don’t want to put any time into research, and just want to be spoon fed. As far as that goes, probably 90% of the questions they ask they could just search on A/A and find the answers right here on this site.

Actually other than the dnp and trest that's a pretty good pre contest cycle I might run something similar next spring 🤔

I'm sick of why haven't i gained 20 pounds and dropped 10% bodyfat on my first cycle of 500 mg of test and 50mg of dbol in the first 2 weeks

I'm almost hoping I just completely melt down to like 185. Then when I feel better the hard part of a cut is over. IL be so detrained, and basically malnourished that I should have a fresh round of muscle memory/newbie type gains

My first cycle was 400mg a week for 10 weeks. Second was 500mg a week for 12 weeks, both were very productive. The I jumped to 800mg a week on the next one with no AI or SERM and tada my pubertal gyno got worse.

Just pick more reasonable doses. I'd rather see you running 2 grams then myself or 90% of this board. And the reason why is because your going to make more use if it. Your probably not going to need 2 grams but your going to get more out of it then I will. I see you all the time talking about eating chicken and rice 40 times a day like it's the cool thing to do and that's the mentality needed to do this **** properly. Your gonna eat your 6meals a day, your gonna spend 2 hours a day in the gym and get your sleep and do 90% of the stuff that needs to be done to maximize results.

Me on the other hand, I can buckle down and stick to the diet, but I'm probably gonna over do my cardio because of boxing or chasing 2 rabbits. I'm gonna sleep 4 hours a night and it's the best I can do. IL over train, under recover and cough up 50% progress

Then the other fucktards around here looking for the magic pill are gonna miss 5 or 6 meals a week, there gonna skip cardio completely, there gonna stop 10 reps shy of failure and gain 3lbs on 2 grams.
 
By the way, I weighed 200lbs today!..... after 3 meals and fully dressed when I stepped on the scale.

I'm not stressing it at all. I'm getting smaller and fatter day by day and I'm gonna embrace it. Once I completely tank out IL take some pictures and I'm gonna show everyone exactly how these bullshit Colorado experiment type things happen.

IL gain 20 lbs in 30 days or whatever they do in these bullshit studies lol.

No joke. This is my plan going forward. Detrain completely, diet off the excess bodyfat, and rebound. Gonna document every detail with a log so I can link it next time jacked dad shows up lol

Eating 8oz of salmon cauliflower and oatmeal as im reading this 💪. Dude at my work today asked how i do it he tried keto and did well but couldn't handle the same thing everyday. I like routine, I remember Emily always telling me I would've done really well in the military because it's the same thing at the same time everyday just like bodybuilding. To me the actual workout is what breaks up the monotony to listen to some death metal and use that as an emotional and physical relief. People never see changes so they quit I see changes weekly because of my diet which makes me stick to it even more and which makes changed even more dramatic and that process keeps going
