I'm gearing up to start my first PH cycle and will be running the Helladrol Starter Stack from MRSupps for 6 weeks (50/75/75/75/100/100) and adding Nolva (40/20/20/10) to the PCT. That being said, I am wondering if any of my usual supps should be discontinued during the cycle or if anyone has any suggestions for something I should add?
Here's my current setup:
Pre W/O - Whey/Guarana/Ashwaganda
Post W/O - Whey/Glutamine/Vitamin C
Breakfast - Betaine HCL/NOW Super Enzymes/D3/Kelp (iodine)
Lunch - Betaine HCL/NOW Super Enzymes
Dinner - Betaine HCL/NOW Super Enzymes/Tribulus
Bed - Tribulus/Magnesium/Glutamine/Zinc/Arginine
I plan to add Creatine to my PCT and cut out Tribulus on-cycle. Other than that unless I hear otherwise I was going to just leave it as-is. Thanks!
