Didn't you say you drew 5cc? A pint is a little less than 500cc.
I know we all know 1 syringe = 1cc right? That's a lot of blood your gonna draw. Do you have a list lock syringe and clear tubing? Like you can buy one of those port locks they use to draw a lot of blood online. Just be careful. Maybe try leeches? (Only partly kidding they thin the blood too)

Replying to my own post. Brandinooooo you sure this is the issue? Taking out that much will cause your system to need to replace it. If you've got a vascular issue...
 
My rbc and hematocrit must be really high. Got a nose bleed yesterday and after working out it felt like my heart was working harder than usual.

So I drew 5cc's of blood and sure enough, thick and extremely dark.

How much does the blood bank draw when you give a donation? 1 pint right?

what do you do for a living (if you dont mind) that you have a phlebotomy kit handy ha?
 
So getting blood work done from a hot nurse is twice as exciting for you? Or is it synergistic instead of additive, and it's even better than twice as good as either alone?

5cc = 5ml so yeah. I was thinking ounces earlier for some reason.
Dam that doesn't sound rite. Would something like vitamin K help. Or is it temporary?

Oh and I do have access to butterflies and whatnot. Kinda hard to do them with 1 hand though. Probably will get it drawn if I need to.
 
I was reading up on this TRT doc that I have an appt with tomorrow. They require patients to donate blood twice a year due to the increased red blood cells from the TRT.

Sorry I've been super busy with work and everything lately. That's why I haven't been on much. I'll be going to get the blood drawn this weekend.

Couple updates though:

I'm back down to 188-189 from being sick/injured.

Test Prop no longer gives me any PIP which is awesome.

Kraken is awesome. Maybe send a couple scoops to booneman77 so he doesn't feel left out.

I might be going back into some cardio outside of work. I outran my coworker who is an MMA fighter. I thought it was hilarious hahaha.

And yeah I trained up a buddy of mine who was prepping for an mma fight a couple hrs ago and he kept throwing up when we went for what I considered "light morning jogs"...

Some people are just too dumb to really train hard and think they're badass because they've been in a ring.
 
Idk I feel pretty dead lol haven't been to the gym since like the first of the month.... lost all my gains :'(

muscle memory is a real thing... as soon as you ge tback to it you'll be seeing new lifter esque gains until you get back to where you were. You'll recover the size and strength at a surprising rate.

I won't be back for at least two months. Gotta get shoulder surgery. Hopefully it's not a rotator cuff issue or I'm sol

same thing applies tho... it would literally take years and years to truly regress to the point where your body wont rebound at a high rate. And even in that case, youo would've been off so long that you would essentially be seeing new lifter gains anyways.

Time for epic legs an lots of situps ha. Belly shirts (long sleeves of course, and short shorts for you ;)

Hahaha I guess I don't have much of an excuse to skip leg day now... but real **** I'm coming back hard af once I'm healed. Going all out on a top of the line extra balls to the wall cycle complete with peptieds for healing and ****. F this no gym BS life, I want to take the 130s for a ride on the incline again

Man, I am in the same boat as you. Been busy as hell most of the week, popping in here and there. Next week I will be starting my RPG log

Well, I had dropped dosage of everything while I was out of the gym and now its all back to normal. I haven't counted how many caps of Tr3st and DMZ I have left but I know I have 6 or so weeks of Test Prop and 1-andro E left. Dermatr3st is almost out. So at most 6 weeks. Probably less.
