Tr3sting the Limits

So I finally got my bloodwork back after running DTH.

Testosterone, Free. .09ng/ml
Testosterone, Total. 500 Ref range 175-781
Cortisol. 13.8 Ref range 6.7-22.6
DHEA-S. 398. Ref range. 85-690
Estradiol. 45. Ref range. 0-47
Progesterone. 1.76. Ref range. .14-2.06
Prolactin. 5.29. Ref range 2.64-13.13
T3, Total. .82. Ref range. .87-1.78

My t3 was low. But other than that, what do you guys think?

Yeah my girl right now is pretty understanding but... Yeah sometimes she's like "you have a good time?" In that tone that means I've been gone too long. Lol.

Dude! Totally I bought us both a membership. Or attendee ratio is like 10/1 in my favor. But she's one of those who had a natural metabolism that means she can eat whatever and stay lean. Not I! So there is a big difference in motivation. I know I've GOT to do it, she really doesn't have to.

Haha, oh man dude I hear you. Guess you could build a tough mudder type course in the backyard! Is there a gym close to you at all or do you have to drive a million miles? When I stay with my girl I have a 30 minute trip. From my house 10 minutes. Totally changes your motivation level if your mad far away.

I just bought a set of parallel wood bars (12" off the ground) and TRX straps for her house. Need one more thing, dial-a-weight dumbbell. But they are so damn expensive. Oh and a mat. Oh and a medicine ball. Oh and a...Ouch and I just spent the annual gym membership turning her house into a gym. Damn!

Nah I got a gym in the barn.. my dumbells only go to 65 but I got a bench and enough plates to go past 500lbs, a huge tractor tire, a broken elliptical, and a machine that works for pulldowns...

That is my wife until she hit 40. Now she almost always goes with me now.

^ Agree. I wouldn't take Exem though. It would crush it too low and mess with your gains. You could add Iron Legion's Virtus or another OTC AI for a bit just to mellow everything.

I am surprised that your T levels are that high. I would have expected Trest to to have suppressed them somewhat. Else maybe it did and you usually have 600-700 levels..?

Sweet I have a deisel test stack that rocket hooked me up with in the yoga pants thread. Might log it after thanksgiving.

Dude I upped from the 4 a day (1 morning 2pre and 1 post) to (2 morning 2 pre 1 post) and its awesome. Feel it quickly. be careful with the aggression though. And follow the outlined schedule. Seriously.

My wife was reading up on it and was like Holy crap more libido and semen production just what you don't need. I told her we would have to move up from a hand towel to a beach towel!

Lmao its good sh!t man. Watch for aggression though. I had a short fuse towards the end of that month. And make sure and eat a good meal each dose or you'll be sh!tting liquid fire. No joke.
