Its really not that bad. The part I like about it the most is its 3 days a week, and if you log it correctly and keep metal or logged tracking of your diet and sleep you know when you are over training and time to start your de-condition.
If I have to guess I have only completed the whole 8 weeks 2 to 3 times out of about 16.

Now with the added supplemental goodies who knows?

No I didn't post them. I used a calculator for them and I think it was low. Tomorrow I'm doing 100% at 15 reps.

Yeah bro I'm interested to see where your lifts are at after this cycle.. I wish I had heard about HST before I ran my LGD cycle.
 
I'm doing my 85% at 15 reps tomorrow. I spent a week getting my actual 15, 10 and 5 rep maxes, so I should be able to get an idea of increases when I'm done. I already "feel" bigger, and can see some changes in upper chest development. Hardest part for me was the 3 days a week. I'm normally in the gym 6 days a week, but did actually take 2 days off this week, so I only cheated a little.

Hancock's program is definitely well thought out but damn I just cant stand linear periodisation.

Yeah. First week you do 15reps 1 set of your 75% then 80 then 85. 2nd week 90 then 95 then 100% 1rm. Which is tomorrow for me. Next week is 2 sets 15 rep 75 then 80 and so on. Studhorse can elaborate.

Hm, yeah that sounds right but I thought after 3 weeks of 15rm you went to 10rm then 5rm. Or maybe there are a number of different templates for structuring the periodisation. Sounds like youre periodising volume *shrug*

Stay on course brother. If you cant stand it and have to go to the gym do 1/2 the HST and the other 1/2 the next day. I have done that more than once because I got called out a the gym.

Ya it takes awhile to set your percentages. I keep all my logs so I can go back and look where I was at when I set-up my next one. that way I'm a little closer when I start. there is still times when I do a certain lift for 15 reps @ 75% and do like 25reps. LOL
My wife tried to toss them the other day. the folder is like 5" thick and I have a page per week!

sadly it is ingrained in my mind. Thats why I will pass on the HST a couple of times a year. and do a 4 day split or something. Body is to beat up for any German or Dorian Yates stuff any more.

I do a retired pro bodybuilding workout that I like some times. Its is pretty good if you have worn out joints.

Yes Its based off 1RM 75%,80%,85%,90%,95%,100% really no such thing unless you have a partner But I try, no need to get overly obsessed over it.

No I've been doing the same routine but have decreased the volume a little... I was burnt after a long ass cycle... I'm gonna start HST after thanksgiving. It'll be awesome

Sounds good. Make sure you take at least 7 days off before you begin your HST.

Fat chicks: I had more than I should and feel kind of bad. About 2 hrs. Before the bar gets ready to close and before the lights go on I use to set up plan B with the cutest chubby chick just in case.
