Torn Pec - how to speed healing

As the title suggests, was doing dumbbell benchpress and heard/felt 2 pops. Immediately lost all force and ended the workout. Went to ER where they referred me to ortho who I see tomorrow for scans.

Depending on severity, obviously surgery will be required. Assuming it is a full tear, it appears it’s a 6 month recovery period.

What do we recommend to speed this up? HGH, TB500, BPC 157? All the above?

I have experience with HGH but not the latter two. Please provide doses and length of time for each in your responses. Thanks

Do you have experience with Nandrolone.? I wrecked my shoulder 20 years ago in a bar brawl and it helped heal me up pretty quick…BPC is great but I don’t think for torn muscles

Tore the muscle belly or tore the tendon off the bone?

I would wait till I knew if I needed surgery or not, but all of the above that you mentioned would help. There's no 1 size fits all dosing regimen but bpc you would want to inject daily in the injury area, TB 500 can be dosed less frequently and it goes more systemic so location isn't as important

X-ray today was fine. Waiting on MRI scheduled for tomorrow. Assuming it’s a full tear off the bone, how should I proceed?

Never ran but I’m still in ‘post pct’ after a long summer run. Leaning towards the GH route

MRI confirmed partial tear of upper pec. No surgery needed

Hey 👍

How is the recovery going? Did you just let your body deal with the injury or did you add anything in?

I'm currently battling with herniated discs and it sucks. It's been 5 months since the original injury and I'm still not in the best of conditions.

Anyway. I hope you have a full recovery 👍

Recovery is still on-going unfortunately. I did about 3 weeks of physical therapy and decided I could do all that home. I also took substantial time away from the gym while recovering, something I previously never did in my 20 years of lifting. Fast forward to today, I think I’ve retired from benching. Even with just the bar, I can feel the strain and don’t think it’ll ever be normal. Plus at my age, not worth the risk.

Oddly enough, when I did come back, I developed severe tennis elbow. Unable to do any lateral raises or curls. Let alone turn a doorknob without pain. Really sucks.

Decided to hop on HGH about a month ago and will run through the summer into fall. Adding the usual AAS in May or June but tbd.

And best of luck with your recovery. Definitely sounds much more painful than my situation. Not sure of any add-ons for that but you never know!

Any recs on dosages? I got interstitial tissue damage in both brachialis and minor tears in bicep and externsor tendons. Was thinking of adding some npp into the rehab mix. I have to stay with the lowest effective dose due to other conditions though.
