On a more serious note, I agree with bigzach's recomendation. Up Your Mass definately has a good nutrient profile.
 
I tried a few in my newb days.... i would suggest ON's Serious Mass. Get the chocolate and start off with half a serving, its alot for the full serving you may not be able to handle it. I would do half serving but add in pb, banana, all kinds of stuff then i moved to the full serving and added stuff still. I gained about 10lbs with that back in the day.
 
food. weight gainers are full of sugary crap. make your own like other ppl said, save your money and spend it on food instead.

whole food meal > weight gainer any day!
 
yeah yeah yeah, thats been said 1 million times whenever a weightgainer product has been mentioned...... "make your own, they are rip offs, eat whole food instead.." Once i see a gainer mentioned i already know it will be followed by a bunch of posts stating the above.
 
I would detinitely go with the serious mass but instead of doing the one large scoop, mix in 2 regular sized scoops and take about 3-4 a day. I started taking it about 5 months ago and i was 6'3" and weighed about 205...I'm still 6'3" but i'm up to 240! make sure you do cardio and abs everyday you're on this stuff cause there's tons of calories and you'll get fat before you know it...
 
serious mass - half a scoop pre workout for the protein and rapid calories, and half a scoop again for post workout :)
 
cytogainer wasnt that effective imo and the price per serving isnt as good as serious mass. i believe serious mass has a whole bunch of vitamins in there and creatine too. Cytogainer is one of the mainstream type supps....ON is a solid company with good prices too. Get the chocolate serious mass bro, trust me.
 
well if you know people at gnc like i do i got there mass xxx 2 5lb tubs for 50 gained about 14lbs plus all the whole food i was eating back in the day hope this helps but if you dont know anyone at gnc then probably gunna cost you alot more than what i paid, but dont get one in the end it was a waste i couldve gained that weight just wouldve took a lil longer instead make your own or just EAT CRAZY AMOUNTS OF FOOD!!!
 
I found the serious mass online for about 35 bucks. it comes, i believe, in 10 pound bags. I told you my gains already. With the SM plus a few other supps i gained roughly 35 pounds. Eggs, eggs, eggs.
Another thing you might wanna look into is T-Bomb II. I really don't care what the other people out there say about it but i definitely saw an increase in strength while i was on it. Plus, it's a much more natural and safer test booster, and a lot cheaper than others.
 
I just dont like the four scoops and maby eight servings, and all the cholesterol.
 
I would highly suggest anything made by Muscletech.

If food made you so HYOOOOOOGE I think they would have taken out a 6 page spread in some magazines by now.

The top weight gainer by far is x-mass. Dont take it more than a month though or you will get fat. I took it for 3 weeks and put on 20 lbs. I quit taking it because i was starting to look fat and to make matters worse my stregnth increases were no where near as much as my size increase. But for sheer bulk I would take x-mass. You are gonna wanna take nolvadex 20mg a day if you are prone to gyno as well.

I prefer Muscle Milk and other MRP's as oppose to traditional malto gainers.

Core MRP has a good amount of calories and healthy carbohydrate source.
 
if you don't mind gaining a little bit of fat you could always do GOMAD (1 gallon of whole milk a day).
of course, would only be a short-term thing..

Check the meal replacement bar thread I made. Just mix all of that together and eat it. Cheap and effective for bulking. You can get an easy 1000 calories from quality ingredients for like $1.60 investment. Now if you're shooting for 3000+ calories in a day, an easy 1000 calories is welcome.

I'm going to start trying to eat 1000 calories worth of those meal replacement bars (which would be half a batch) every day.

whats the diff, i mean one gots 1 g of creatine and the others complex. and ones alot cheaper then the other(pro complex gainer).

pro gainer has more quality protien and glutamine peptides etc from what i remember, it is the better for quality overall but its expensive. Serious mass has good stuff in it and you get a massive bag for a good price so in the end its gonna be more effective at adding weight but the pro gainer is more like a 'classy' gainer imo.

I have tried both the pro complex gainer, and have just gotten through with up your mass. Both worked pretty well. Both are about the same to me. The up your mass how ever tasted better in my opinion. Have only tried chocolate in both cases. Food is the better option, but combining the shakes between meals gives you best of both worlds. But if your like me, and are to lazy to cook all that food let alone eat it...use the gainers in between meals.

you will get more servings with serious mass because the serving they reccommend is huge, you can take half serving so double the total servings on the label....
