too many supplements?

I think my friend is taking too many supplements at one time. He is still looking for more supplements to add to his stack. Can someone please talk some sense into him.
He is currently taking:
ragnorok morning and pre evening workout
arginine 2500mg morning and pre workout
hmb 3 times daily
branched chain amino acids 1000mg 3 times daily
ecdysterone 300 mg 4 times daily
inhibit-e 2 caps daily
green magnitude creatine post workout ( even though the ragnorok already has creatine!!?? )

Now he does seem to be getting stronger but I think this is overkill. I think he could/should eliminate the green magnitude since he is already taking ragnorok twice a day. Same thing with the extra arginine. Also I am not sure why he would need the inhibit-e.
 
You can tell him to drop everything except green mag and ragnorak. Arginine can be replaced with agmatine. HMB can be replaced with leucine. BCAAs are redundant with the leucine, so stick to one. Ecdy is worthless IMO. Inhibit-E should be saved for a testbooster run. He should get a multi, fish oil, and beta-alanine.
 
Come on Cooper, can't we agree on anything lol ;). I've had good results on ECDY. To the OP, if it helps, I've seen far worse overkill. Actually, relatively speaking, it isn't that bad, but he is missing a few staples. No protein?
