A change has been made, no longer are me and Tony training on Sundays, it will be a dedicated rest day, we will be training quads, hamstrings and calves on Mondays, bigger workout but we need the recovery, we are also adding in a mix of fasted cardio AM and fed cardio in the evenings to allow for us to gain lean mass as calories go up with the current lockdown.
