Nice work fellas
Thank you, our strength is still good, considering we are into the middle of our 4th week of cutting very low carbs and fat, high protein, similar to PSMF. We also have a big fasting window which can be 22-22.5 hours some days, we have been training fasted for the past few years now and consume a fast digesting hydro whey or whey isolate shake post workout for this diet, then have 1 solid food based meal with 1/2 a broccoli each and 200 grams of lean beef, chicken, other high protein meat source, followed by another 1-2 protein shakes, its basic but it has been working well for us both. I seem to aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, so it has been around 200 for me currently, somedays i do push it to 230 or even 280 grams.

When we diet like this the first refeed is Day 21 or the end Sunday of third week, me and Tony both kept carbs very high and limited fat consumption. The next one is in 2 weeks, Sunday end of Week 5 and will be the same, maybe even lower in fat this time, aiming to eat potatoes, white rice, pasta, cereals and low fat breyers delights ice cream, i might also add in oatmeal. maybe whole wheat bread but it is artificial and does not always digest well, i seem to look my best after eating white potatoes or oven chips low in fat so will stick with them mostly for the next refeed.
