When we diet like this the first refeed is Day 21 or the end Sunday of third week, me and Tony both kept carbs very high and limited fat consumption. The next one is in 2 weeks, Sunday end of Week 5 and will be the same, maybe even lower in fat this time, aiming to eat potatoes, white rice, pasta, cereals and low fat breyers delights ice cream, i might also add in oatmeal. maybe whole wheat bread but it is artificial and does not always digest well, i seem to look my best after eating white potatoes or oven chips low in fat so will stick with them mostly for the next refeed.
